I recently visited the Holyhead pub to celebrate a friend’s birthday to a week later receiving a car park charge notice! After moving out the area some time ago I was unaware that this system was now in place. I contact the pub right away and spoke with a lovely lady called Loretta who assured me they would rectify the issue. Had a lovely evening meeting my friend at the Holyhead, the staff are excellent and in particular James, who was very polite and his service was quick ? he is a credit to you! Thank you, we will be back

Come here often for lunch and forgot to put my reg into the machine for parking. The staff were more than happy to help and cancelled my fine within one day of emailing it over. Great service and will be back soon.
