Dawn and Dan couldn't do enough for us. They gave us seats at the back as requested as we requested, due to our daughter's condition might disturb other people. Assisting us with the menu's and the wide range of choice, all the bar staff was lovely we didn't have to lift a finger. It was such a lovely experience compared to our visit at megga bowl, more like megga rubbish, megga bowl has the worst service all the staff at megga bowel would run and hide from work and nothing works, pizza hut at cross point was like a breath of fresh air hudge relief compared to megga bowl. Food choices are brilliant catering for all allergens, great staff, speedy service and the ability of the staff to be so flexible to our food needs. Dan was a super star today and really helped us whilst trying to cater for a party with a number of allergens. Food and Service was fantastic, but I couldn't fault them. The salad bar could have a little more variety but still plentiful! Pizza always delicious! Staff are friendly and patient, especially with young children! All round worth it!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free available options.Kid-friendliness: Great for Children and Babies and the staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable.

Had booked a table for 5 online, and had received both instant confirmation and an email confirmation with booking reference.We then had to phone up to make a minor alteration to the time and we were told they didn't even have our original booking.Staff member very unhelpful, we understand it is not that individuals fault but a little empathy to our situation and acknowledgement that electronic booking on their system has gone wrong would have been nice!

We were celebrating my child’s achievement in school this week, had ordered our food which came on time and was of good quality and temperature. For a Saturday evening the place was filled with families and young couples and was nice place to eat in, we had ordered online and had confirmation of food order. Only one dessert bowl was bought over I didn’t question at the time. When I went back to ask staff the staff member had said only one desert was ordered and implied that I was lying. She stopped my child from picking up the bowl when my child had seen another child do the same. It was awful for my child to experience racism like this. It made us take our food and leave. My child was crying in the car before we even drove off and my husband had said the other desert we had ordered they never served it to us. So he went back inside and got it, the manager was understanding of the situation and had offered a free ice cream for us to take away. However it was an awful experience staff definitely need further training, I appreciate the staff member was just doing her job and checking but to speak down to my child to be asked to step away from the ice cream counter knowing when I’m saying to her I will show you food order confirmation, the whole situation could’ve been handled differently and this was a horrible for my child to experience. I had a really awful day today and my partner had taken me to Pizza Hut to cheer me up because he knows it’s one of my favourite places to eat. Alongside delicious food as usual, Alicia, Dawn and Reme made our experience even more fantastic and I can happily say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, anywhere. From welcoming us in right up until we left, they were all very polite, attentive, welcoming and friendly. Thank you all so much if you are reading this, for turning my day around and putting a smile back on my face!Dietary restrictions: Allergen Menu easily accessible and staff more than happy to help.Parking: Always easy to park.
