Very friendly staff , quiet room and a comfy bed .The only criticism and it’s a personal one , the Tv could do with improving as there is plenty of wall space for a widescreen.Apart from that , a great place to stay .I would highly recommend , and a great location .

We stayed here twice in five days. First time heading south and second heading north. Both times our stay has been perfect. Air conditioning was such a bonus as it was so hot. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. All very clean and fresh. Receptionists were very friendly snd chatty. There was nothing we could fault it on and will be our go to choice next time we travel that way.

This hotel provides everything for a comfortable night at a great price, very close to the motorway network and a short drive to the City Centre. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the hypnos mattress amazingly comfortable.The onsite restaurant offers great food and drink at a great price. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially the Waitress Rozena who served the evening meal. She was exceptional and made the stay here even more perfect!

First time stopping at this location, hotel was nice although needing a little updating with TV'S.The room was comfy and a little smaller than the usual large rooms at some other locations but not too small.

We stayed here as we had a wedding in the local area. Hotel was less than 5min from m6 which was great. Check in was quick and easy and staff were helpful as our room key wouldn’t work at first but they helped us out. Would see definitely stay again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Noise from floor above was an issue. Room walls were dirty and marked and require some attention. Bed very comfortable and shower good. Easy to get room to temperature required.

Over all our stay was problem free. Food was ok and accomodation was ok but rooms felt dated. TV was about 15" size and poor quality so watching anything as a family was not good at all. The air con in the room worked but was more a hamster spitting at you so didn't really make a difference. Bathroom was dated to and could do with a refresh. Room was clean and friendly service from arrival. Food was ok but a bit slow due to them still employing people in that area. Breakfast was good with no real issues.

Part of a group staying for 4 nights for nearby event. Overall very happy with hotel and Staff, special mention to Lesley who couldnt have been more helpful. Rooms a little dated and must be due upgrade soon, next door Brewers restaurant also very accommodating with our requests

It's Premier Inn we are getting fed up with - the hotel itself was fine and lovely staff who were cheerful and helpful. But, Premier Inn seem to be offering less and less but not dropping their prices. The room was big and the bed was comfy but no sofa now and only one chair - not sure if we were supposed to take turns sitting on it? No tissues in the room now, and only one hand towel left out as standard. Even if you ask for the room to be serviced we were told they will only change towels, change mugs and empty bins - that's fine but that must only require half the housekeeping staff they used to have, so how come no reduction in room prices? We probably would use Premier Inn again because of the beds, but I will also be seriously looking at the alternatives!

Beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean and well presented. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and friendly with anything we needed. Food was also great! Great location to access Coventry and Warwick. Would definitely recommend!
