I was charged an additional £1 for the vegan cheese option even after I explained to them I am lactose intolerant. The sandwich came with standard cheese, but wouldn't do a straight swap despite the fact I genuinely can't have it. If I'd been on my own I'd have walked off and taken my custom elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Paying almost £8 for a sandwhich to be told I can't have the dressing I want on it as its a set dressing already prebuild by subway .How atrocious,who in the right mind would Want to spend money on something they can't have to their likings it doesn't make sense especially in time like these where people think twice before spending .not happy at all !

Incredibly rude staff called natalie. The other server was equally rude. Refused to alter salads on sandwiches, refused to serve bread because it was too fresh and might be hot ...despite putting one sandwich on the toaster to make it hot... Left with no food and will not come back. So rude so so rude.

Ordered a baller. They didn't put pepperoni on it. When I asked for the pepperoni they said I had ordered the meatball. No options for salad. They asked if I wanted pepper and onion, I said just pepper. They said onion? I said, no pepper please. Got a meal deal. Poured a drink, it looked weak but took it. On drinking it was watery. Awful service, not listening to what you actually ask for and drinks weak. Avoid and go to somewhere else.

No meatballs ("We always run out at 1pm") and no tuna. I had cheese and salad gluten free costing £4.69. It was sooo dry. The guy really didn't care, at all. I suggested that they should order more meatballs if they always ran out at 1pm. While I was there a girl asked for a tuna sub. They're losing business.Dietary restrictions: Subway always have GF rolls in the freezer. Sadly they charge an extra 50p if you want gluten free.

I was served by the manager here, who was incredibly rude, I ordered three cookies, and she tried to give me a broken onewith half of it missing. I asked to exchange for one that hadn’t had half of it broken off, she then expressed frustration and practically threw another cookie into my bag causing me to spill them on the ground. Very poor service especially from a manager.Other staff members here are very nice tho, maybe she could learn from them.
Terrible service at this Subway. I asked for the big cheese steak and they had no clue. The lady at the bread section started to prepare a footlong with turkey and ham.I had to ask her to stop and start over with a steak and she stood there with her hands on her hip, looked at the young fella stood next to her and said" what am I supposed to do with this bread" lol! Like honestly I thought she knew what I was talking about and I was expected to have the sandwich she was preparing. The guy on the salads and the lady at the bread section were absolutely rude. They were referring to grated cheese as mozzarella which I know it is but i know it as grated cheese and the fella was correcting me and just laughing about.I was so put off that I picked up just some kids sandwiches and went to burger King next door to pick up my sandwich. HORRIBLE IS THE WORD.

Wanted a burger but only had 4 quid. But it blew my socks off. Great staff. Great ambience. Great sandwich. I went for a cheesy pepperoni which they kindly allowed me to have without cheese like it was Christmas or something. All the salad for my health and south west sauce - i'm from the south west and I've never had a sauce that good - like drinking from the teet of an angel, of sauces. They say the bread has so much sugar in it it would be classed as cake but it tasted pretty savoury to me mate. If i pass away on the road then bury me here. Subway Corley Southbound I salute you. 10 /10

I am here right now..came for subway there’s no no one at the cashier and then after 10mins one lady came casually not even a single greeting from her.and we asked for vegan food she said all run out that’s doesn’t matter but the way she respond is bloody disgusting.as per your web page it’s shows your shop close at 9pm.if it’s true pls change your timings for customers convenience.
