We booked our table tonight had our main meal then unfortunately the service was very slow .we was waiting to order pudding then unfortunately the wait for the bill even though i had asked for it was like waiting for the next train we had our card on the bill its as if they did not want to be paid.not our usual service from hogans. Sorry to moan but its a fact when you have toddlers on board waiting for staff who are talking to their mates is not what you want.
I needed to add extra people at short notice, spoke to Marie on the phone she was so helpful and managed to help me out, can't thank her enough, if I was her boss I'd definitely give her a rise .... Just saying! ?
