Bunch of idiots running the sub. The Indian guy gets the cash money with its hand and then brings out the breads without changing its disposable gloves. When I ask for what’s going on, he said it is normal. Avoid it all cost.

me and my partner went here today… the staff were so rude, they were 2 females, we ordered 2 6inch subs and the meat was gone off, and have now both become very poorly tonightDO NOT EAT HEREabsolutely mortified

I’m ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED and DISTURBED by the Indians workers in this subway. Very unprofessional when handling the food we order and giving us UNNECESSARY looks with their faces when not needed. When we try to sit down the they tell us it’s closing time when the websites says exactly closes at 6pm. There’s one specific Indian female worker that is abit tall , I couldn’t tell if she’s new or poorly trained but she gave us a horrific time. I repeated several times but she couldn’t understand clear English. NOT SATISFIED! I will NOT BE coming back here AGAIN!

I’m absolutely HORRIFIED by this one indian worker! Who worked at on the 27th of Sept! First of all I sat down with my boyfriend, we put all our shopping on the chairs then she marches to the seating area telling us to move when I was going to get up and order!!! So outrageous! Next she gets my order wrong then asks me to pay extra! I DID NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WOMAN! You did! Then she tells us she’s closing soon at 520 pm when on google it says the store closes at 6pm ! I AM DISGUSTED

To be honest, absolutely disgusting!!... We asked for tables to be wiped down, walked past me 3 time,went around wiping all the food onto the floor!!.. put food on to FULL bins. I called them on the phone to ask again for table to be wiped! Still nothing even after we got our order... Wife had to go as fo a wet cloth! Totally unacceptable. If I ran my place like this I'd have no customers.!!

Rude female at the til yesterday.I asked for the tuna with no cheese as I'm intolerant which the other staff member was fine with as I've always known variations to be standard at subway. My son then asked which other toppings on his which he chose. Mine was then taken and wrapped by the female at the til with hardly anything in it and she asked me to pay. I asked if I can have more toppings to fill the sandwich a bit more. She said the menu is fixed. I responded that all other subways allow it. She responded no it's fixed.If we weren't in a rush to get my son to work I would've said keep your sandwich in going somewhere else.

I would never go to this subway again, rather give my money to another one of the franchise. Been twice in last few months and been told points system not working so couldn't claim or earn points I'm not sure that's the truth. Service not great and several of the staff really rude.

The girl was sweeping when i went there to get a sandwich and she didnt wash her hands before she prepared sandwich and the size of the bread was smaller than asked and mainly lacked cleanliness . So disappointed.

Was very disappointed- new menu which when I asked for an Italian BMT was given the new one and had no choice of salad or sauce as wasn’t stated it had changed, two girls working with very long hair down to their bums and no hair nets nothing so hair was swinging around when moving. Didn’t understand what I wanted & the points machine apparently wasn’t working so didn’t gain my points or able to use any. Poor manners. Was no excuse wasn’t busy or if I was rude (I wouldn’t be even with poor service) wasn’t able to get a receipt either which am sure I got over charged but could not check due to printer being broken, just felt very odd.

Clueless staff, not sure if new or poorly trained. Two attempts to wrap the sandwich, couldn't understand clear English when choosing fillings, had to repeat each item 3 times. Slow service, prices on the display are also wrong apparently, meal deal cost me 30p more than advertised. Apparently because they just reopened. Should have stayed closed.

Worse sandwich I’ve had in my life, I asked for a big cheese steak and they put the wrong cheese on, then when I told them it was the wrong cheese ,they added egg on top at one point and continued to ruin my sandwich, and the service was also bad as well. This was very unhygienic as imagine I had allergies. The food was gross the sandwich was really dry and this is my regular order at other subways.
