Was very disappointed- new menu which when I asked for an Italian BMT was given the new one and had no choice of salad or sauce as wasn’t stated it had changed, two girls working with very long hair down to their bums and no hair nets nothing so hair was swinging around when moving. Didn’t understand what I wanted & the points machine apparently wasn’t working so didn’t gain my points or able to use any. Poor manners. Usually okay but recently ordered myself a 6 inch sub with chipotle sauce and asked for extra sauce of the same kind. The order came with no sauce on the sub and less than half a tub filled with my ‘extra’ sauce. Even more so, poor presentation of the sub itself, not as neat and tidy as it typically is!

I have recently been visiting this subway and I had to comment on how nice the staff are there. They are friendly and efficient but there lovely manner is fantastic and this should be recognised.
