Wow, best carvery I've had from here ever.Been here plenty of times over the years and must say Sunday carvery was the best I've ever had, plenty of meat loads or fresh vegetables and mash potatoes with the best roast potatoes I've had in a long time anywhere ?.Keep up the good work and look forward to my next visit, would highly recommend ?

The service was poor took over 1 hour for kids chicken burger and some garlic bread the staff said they made a mistake and gave the food to someone else when it did turn up it was chicken nuggets in a Bach. The carvery was OK not the best I have had.

Food was excellent. 4 choices of meat which was great. Yorkshire puds spot on. Plenty of options potato and veg wise. All hot and fresh.Icecream for after... Yum! Only negative, was waiting to be asked for drinks and the time it took to receive them.

Did not book online this was in the day I did say a quite area I needed ear plugs the noise. We had a carvery all the meat looked dry only allowed 2 slices it must last a week the vegetables needed changing but time was against us so had what was there please avoid any vegetables with sauce as this upset me so much took 3 days to get over itSuch a shame have always relied on the Toby for a good meal and will now find another place to eat

No prawn cocktail then no cheese and chutney then an extremely long wait for non edible mushrooms. 3 diners finished before the forth was served. Waitress seemed indifferent. Carvery large, no sausage, no cranberry sauce, all gravy empty.
