Just had a delivery from here, the food is stunning!Really enjoyed the curry goat, could have it a little bit spicier but it wasn’t an issue.Mac and cheese was great as was the coleslaw.Delivery was really fast and i feel like the food is so reasonably priced as the portions are big!Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Fancied some curry goat rice and peasSo ordered to collectWhen I got home and opened the food I was very disappointedThe curry goat had no taste of curry at all had to put salt and pepper on it to make it edible and the rice and peas wasn’t great eitherThe coleslaw was runnyWon’t be eating from there again

Ordered jerk chicken, asked for breast but got leg and thigh, not a big issue. The food itself was terrible, rice overcooked and quite crispy/crunchy, the chicken was very tough and very dry, had no gravy on it and tasted old, like it was yesterday's chicken and had been reheated, had a very microwaved taste to it. Steam veg looked and tasted stale. Last time I will be ordering from here, this food might satisfy the 'local' people but anyone who knows about authentic carribean food would not rate what I got today...

Went in the restaurant to buy fish so I asked the lady over the counter when were the fish fried she said on the 29 Dec /23 bearing in mind I went in the shop on 2nd January 2024, I asked when was the ackee cooked she said 30 Dec 23 and so was the calaloo, I asked what was cooked today she said the oxtail and curry I just left the shop didn’t purchase anything coz how can you be selling food 4-5 days old I was really schocked if I didn’t asked I would have bought it not knowing it’s not fresh food be carefull best to just cook ur own food.

Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again food was absolutely tasteless for the price I ordered Rice and peas also but the peas felt hard like baby stones in between Rice Grains…no

I went in for the first time this week around lunch time after been highly recommended by a friend.I chose the jerk chicken main meal I think it was regular around £8 which was with rice peas and veg. It had two pieces of chicken in the box.The chicken was cooked well in came off the bone and the taste was really good.I will definitely be back.I took the food home but the shop itself was clean and tidy so would of eaten in if had the time.

We ordered our first take out in person tonight and were really impressed. The food was hot, well presented, and in appropriate portions. We enjoyed a large jerk chicken meal and a large curry goat meal, both with rice and peas and vegetables. The meat was cooked beautifully and the sauces were really tasty. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.Parking: On street or Tesco

Absolutely shocking service and quality! Would give zero stars if i could. Requested a breast and leg piece of jerk chicken. The woman confirmed they do breast on the phone. Food arrived, it was a thigh and a leg that looked like someone had taken a bite out of it, hardly any meat, and had not one drop of jerk sauce on the chicken. I called the restaurant to get some sauce and some more chicken delivered, as i was promised a breast piece. The response i got was sorry, theres nothing we can do. After going back and forth being asked what the issue was, the same response was given. Theres nothing we can do. So wont be be ordering from you again and will be recommending all friends and family to do the same.

Plenty meat in soup only bad thing is dumplings are to oily as they are stacked on top of each other and the oil drains into the rest of dumplings

First time I have ordered from this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Couldn’t decide between the curried goat and jerk chicken, so I had both. They was fantastic, the meat falls off the bone and the marinade was perfect. Deserves more than 5*

Shocking service, shocking food, shocking prices for the quality of food and really disrespecting Caribbean cuisine.Went in and asked for wings, fries and can which should have been 5.50 each. Plantain chips (which she didn’t even put in the bag) and 2x buns. Charged £18/£19. Should have actually cost us £14 but didn’t really add the numbers till after payment and food was provided.She gave our food and didn’t give us our cans! She said that she put the chicken wings and fries separately hence why charging more!! She didn’t even want to give us the cans even after her incompetency.The food was clearly microwaved including the fries! had a total of 5 wings, and a handful of fries in each box.Do yourselves a favour and don’t bother and go to Tesco or Iceland down the road if you want microwaved food.

Tonight we ordered from here for the fourth time. Sat down to eat and my meal was lovely and warm and the other 2 orders where absolutely stone cold. Like out the fridge cold. Upon calling the shop I was told it was their mistake they thought we had ordered them cold and that we need to MICROWAVE it to reheat it! Apparently the chef cooks them in the morning and they reheat it when you order. How gross and not good when you're paying pretty pricey prices for the food! Really been put off. However the team did resend out the food and made sure it was hot which was great. However, we most certainly won't be ordering again. Where is it advertised that it is reheated meals ?
