I’ve been using Lin wok for around 12 months now! Best Chinese ever! Food is always tasty and so fresh! Lovely staff! Abdul the delivery driver is so friendly, also very fast delivery arrived in 30 minutes !! Would highly this Chinese to anyone.

Went to order and pick up in person. The food I ordered was all water no sauce and no flavour. The chips were terrible and the free prawn crackers were stale. After ringing to complain the owner then stated that I’d eaten the food too late which had caused the sauce to turn to water from the bean sprouts. Then he told me that the prawn crackers were free so in other words he didn’t care less. Customer service totally unacceptable. Since lins wok has moved from cradley high street the quality and price of food is terrible. I will never order from here again and told him so. His answer was that’s fine.

Aside from the low rating for the food, the woman who answered the phone was so lovely, thank you! Unfortunately the food is awful. I’ve ordered here before and it’s been ok, but today I can’t eat it. Initially it came cold, clearly reheated as there was some hot spots. But it was soggy and obviously thrown in a microwave. They kindly sent me a new one, however the new one isn’t better. It’s hotter overall, but still cold spots and certainly not fresh. Heating it up for longer doesn’t change the fact it’s not fresh food and god knows how long it’s been stored for. Definitely not risking it. Thank you for the swap but I’d of much preferred actual fresh and properly heated food.They then refused a refund and said if Uber refund on their behalf they won’t serve us again. Terrible! (Not that we’d go back)

I ordered from here as my usual Chinese takeaway was closed.. I ordered large and got small and when I phoned to tell them they just said sorry was a misunderstanding but no offer to put right.. The curry sauce tastes like the one you buy in a packet and chips are reheated.. So I've paid for a large meal and got small portions and food doesn't even taste like Chinese food.. Very disappointed.. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews. Lesson learned

Ordered food for birthday every thing was oily Chips where what appears to be reheated with some really black Ones king prawns where soggy A lot of money wasted for second rate produce not happy at all for three people

The food was OK but the portion sizes were much smaller than my favourite Chinese place in old hill (tub comparison in picture lins wok on the left the small one and i had the same dish from both restaurants) but it wasn't open so thought I'd try these ? disappointed .
I've orderd from here and the deliver was ment to be only 30 to 50 mins so I waited and it was about 20 mins late so I rang up the place and they said it should be there any minute but no I have waited another 30 mins so all together it's nearly a whole hour

My family and I ordered from here for the first time and can safely say it will be the last, all food went straight in the bin and we ordered another one from somewhere else. Absolutely terrible!

Been collected our spare ribs an chips omg amazing as always my fella fussy were he eats but the last few days we have had Lin's wok an both times been exceptional thankyou Lin's wok amazing........Parking: Got a big carpark plenty of space
