used sing fung for many years never had any issues until new owners. food tastes strange almost like a coffee taste, ribs tough as old boots, never piping hot. always spend between £25 and £45 weekly dont even give free bag of prawn crackers and gentleman on phone very rude. will not be using again lost a good loyal customer..

I ordered my food at around half 7 and it came two hours late, and it said it had been delivered but hadn't. I called up asking about my delivery, they apologized and said that it would be delivered at 9:10. I received my order and half of it was stone cold and the salt and chili chips were also cold and really soggy and some of them were hard like that hadn't been cooked properly. taken into account that the restaurant is only 6 mins away but took over two hours to get here, i had spent about £35 on the order. I am really disappointed, i really do not recommend ordering from here, steep price for low quality food

over 2 and a half hours and still not delivered,after several phone calls to take away i canceled our order,10 minutes later the driver rang saying it was to late to cancel and if i had a microwave to warm food up as he was 5 mins away,got to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund,absolute joke.

I must say that I'm very happy with my takeaway from Sing Fung yesterday. The foods taste better than before and very fast service. Got our foods under 20 mins. Will use the service again.
