Ordered 2 mild curries tonight, both were extremely spicy, even my husband was complaining. We called spice king to say we could not eat the food as it was so spicy. We have ordered from here many times before with no problems, they asked us to box the curry up (after arguing that they aren't spicy)!and they'd collect it and replace with what we asked for. I explained the rice was also to be returned as it was underneath the curry. Anyway, 2 more currys arrived after yet another 55 minutes waiting with no rice, I called bk to say obviously we had no rice as it was returned with the curry to which the person on the phone replied " I cant be bothered anymore, whatever" disgusting customer service, he then called back to apologise to which I said, too late were done. No words!

Order placed, accepted and paid for, delivery time 1 hour-fine. 20 minutes later get a text to say I’ve been refunded (well it could take 5 days). Then a phone call to tell me my order is cancelled because they’re too busy and stressed!! I could have my meal 20 minutes after original time if I pay again! Joke . If you are that busy you won’t miss me after 25 years plus.

First time ordering from this Indian and it didn’t disappoint. Fast delivery. Polite service from delivery driver. Food was boiling hot and tasted lovely. Definitely be our go to Indian from now on ?

Started ordering from here 3 years ago, before that I used to go To the rubbish Indian takeaway eastern nights and alachi, however spice king has showed me that this is real Indian food. Order almost twice a week and not once had it gone wrong. Excellent food, excellent service, especially the young lad Niyaz, very professional and courteous. Well done guys keep it up.

Wow! First time ordering this evening, fancied a change of restaurant and I’m pleased I went with spice king. Chicken tikka bhuna was amazing! Everything was full of flavour, cooked to perfection, paneer pakora is delicious! Thank you 10/10

Never received 15% discount and delivery raised to £1.50....Been going here for over 20 yrs , my kids use it too...was given a pamphlet that says 15% off but when you get you meal there is no 15% off and a 80p service charge and delivery is now £1.50. Better ringing up or using Just Eat.
