I ordered 3 cookie Dough’s on Uber eat . The menu said comes with ice cream .. I didn’t receive no ice cream with any of them. I called them the 1st person said he will get back to me, I called back after 15 mins the 2nd person was rude said they dnt do ice Cream no more with the order, she put the phone dwn on me … appalling customer service & false advertising.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS. I 100% will NOT be spending my money with this terrible company ever again. I placed an order for the Jazzy B waffle, the Sweet Spot waffle, the Oreo Frenzy waffle and chocolate chip cookie dough. The waffles were RAW and the cookie dough was soggy and sloppy.I phoned the restaurant straight away and was greeted by a hostile, argumentative and downright awful human being who told me to call UberEats for a refund. She took no responsibility for the terrible, undercooked food and even HUNG UP on me.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

Absolutely top class. Cookie Dough was warm, gooey and soft. Milkshakes were very nice too. Reviews put me off a bit but glad I made the trip. Clearly improved a lot, would definitely go back.

Customer services is awful looked me up and down as i walked in without a word.Hygiene in shop is awful, ice crystals forming in ice cream tubs.No real brand names of chocolate used.Tubs of cheap yellow ice cream used for milkshakes that are bland.Everything looks like its microwaved.No hygiene rating on wall meaning only one thing...Just dont..
