Haven’t visited this chain for a couple of years due to the poor quality of food but visited due to a family party. Most of our party had bruschetta and after two mouthfuls my partner commented that I made it much better home. In my 45years on this earth, I have never sent a meal back but after receiving my food and taking two bites I have no choice. My spaghetti carbonara was stodgy, tasteless and the lardons were rock hard. The waitress asked if I’d like something different but after seeing the quality of the food my family received, hearing their comments and the observing the food served at other tables I’d rather go without which I did. The fact that you are prepared to charge approximately £14 for something such poor quality should be embarrassing for the management. There are plenty of quality Italian restaurants who deliver much better quality food and for this reason they will be receiving my custom in the future. I’d advise people who are looking for a quality Italian meal to avoid Bella Italia and spend their hard, earned money at an alternative restaurant who respect their customers and want to deliver quality food. Very disappointing

Served by MEGAN, and have got to say she was absolutely amazing. Very attentive at every point of our meal even down to making sure our bottomless soft drinks were refilled! Food was amazing!Thankyou!

We visited on New Year's Eve for an early evening meal. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the staff were welcoming and we were looking forward to our meal. We had looked at the menu online and decided to order the Christmas pasta dish. What we were served was disappointing. The dish had very little meat was dry, cold and bland. Overpriced at £16.99 and has put us off visiting again. We have found that rising prices in restaurants doesn't produce good quality food. In fact it's quite the opposite.

10/10 service both times we’ve visited. The robot servers are always fun for the kids to see. Staff are amazing and treat everyone with the utmost care. The food is mostly decent standard family restaurant quality. The desserts and drinks are definitely the highlight there though.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options here.Dietary restrictions: They also have options for vegetarian and gluten free requirements.Parking: There is a large complex with plenty of parking. Parking is not an issue here.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. We met up with friends for a saturday lunchtime meal. It was an ideal place to meet as we were travelling from different locations. Parking was easy and the restaurant was moderately busy. The menu was good and there were plenty of options for lower calorie meals. Staff were friendly and efficient and the novelty factor of being served by the Robot waiters brought a smile to everyone's face! They even sang happy birthday to the diners celebrating their birthdays!

Handy place to go if you've been to an early show at the cinema. Parking not a problem, hundreds of spots. We went at lunch time when there was hardly anyone there. Food was very nice but the portions were a little smaller than the last time I was there , also there seemed to be less menu options available.Also they have a robotic waiter which was fun but seems more of a gimmick than a real labour saving device.

Took a trip with my husband as he’d never tried Bella Italia before. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who was very helpful from the get go. He asked if we’d been before, about allergies and even laughed at my partners awful joke! We were seated promptly with menus and had our drinks order taken within 3 minutes of being sat down. We completed the order online which made our experience a lot better as I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision on food. There was a quirky little waiter robot with a kitten face going around the restaurant with peoples food on. Put a smile on my face as I’d never seen such a thing before. It was cute and really enjoyed seeing it go past to the gelato station!! Food came quickly even though the restaurant was slightly busy, was delicious and filling.We will definitely be back :)

We were expecting to be told that they were near closing but instead we we’re welcomed in by Alex who appeared to have all the time in the world for us. As he served us we were charmed by his natural charisma and knowledge of the menu as he gave us good recommendations when asked. The starter of bruschetta was as it should be; simple yet satisfying. Im unable to think what main I ordered, but my partner ordered the spicy sausage pasta and we were both very pleased with our meals and the overall experience…so pleased in fact that we decided to pop in this week too! Again we were greeted and seated in a friendly manner. As Alex passed our table I couldn’t help but mention to him that we have returned again because of his exceptional service. I was pleased but not entirely surprised to find out he is GM for the branch there. He politely gave us some of his time whilst letting us enjoy our evening when we needed to order and to eat. Yet again his recommendations complimented our whole meal which was mostly created from his influence when asked of him. I wouldn’t usually be so trusting but it was apparent that Alex knew his stuff. A Mahou beer before food, starter of Gnocchi Bites w/Chilli Jam, followed by Buffalo Pomodoro served with an Argentinian Red. Honestly another wonderful evening. My only regret is that I’d of taken more pictures (as I do anywhere I go) but I’ve been so immersed in the experience I don’t even give it a thought! It is fair to say you’ve gained new custom from us. I imagine you have a wonderful team with you but Alex is our man! Looking forward to plenty more nights at Bella Italia Dudley In fact, we’ll see you Friday!

Yesterday evening myself and my partner went for my 30th birthday meal. Upon ordering I said yo the waitress that we wanted a vegan spaghetti and meat balls as we are both vegetarians. As the food came my partner went to eat and said that he didnt think the meatballs were vegan. He noticed this as he used to eat meat, and noticed they looked like meat due to their appearance. We informed a member of staff who took the meal away. My meal also needed to be recooked, as it would of gone cold as we wanted to eat together. The waitress did come over to apologise. Also £20 was deducted from our bill. At no point did the actual manager come over to apologise, which I think should of happened. It was left to other members of staff to deal with. The incident is totally unacceptable as we are strict vegetarians. The smell made us both feel sick, and we do not surround ourselves with any meat what so ever. If someone with an allergy had recieved the wrong food, the consequences would of been much worse. So it is extremely lucky on this occassion that my partner didnt have a food allergy.It was my birthday meal, and it was totally ruined. I feel we both deserve further compensation, and I await a response.

Always great service and a fantastic range if you are prone to allergies. Our dining party usually includes 2 vegans and 2 gluten free people and bella's menu never disappoints. In fact i dont think they have ordered the same dish twice due to the range.Staff are super friendly and accommodating.Whilst others enjoy pastas and pizzas, i am a big fan of bella's cheeseburger with an extra patty...always hits the spot!

She was just fabulous - Very attentive (despite being very busy), nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, welcoming, genuine, down to earth, and really added to the enjoyment of our meal. She was uncommonly good. I don't very often gush about restaurant staff (it's all about the food for me!) but she really did stand out. Highly recommend this place ?
