Been using Chopsticks for many years. Had friends round this evening and ordered from them. Food was abysmal, awful. Biggest waste of money ever. Standards are EXTREMELY LOW.

Absolutely horrendous service from Chopsticks.Ordered a simple two meal order for delivery. After a long call to get the order placed, waited over an hour for said order to appear.Only to learn the food had been given to a different customer, staying at the same place. What's worse is the order they had taken in, our order, was going to be handed to us when their actual order arrived!!No call for apologies, no communication to explain the delay or any food delivery.Extremely disappointed after all long day travel to not get a simple order delivered in a timely manner or in our case, not delivered at all!!

We was regular customers but the last 3 times we have ordered an item was missing the foods expensive enough without paying for items you are not getting lost a big order every week as we will now use elsewhere

Cold food .long wait on delivery and most of the order missing. Considering we order over £45 every week its starting to get annoying when a few of the kids meals are missing. Will not be ordering from here again
