Usual standard of food and hot drinks,\\n\\nHigh chairs were dirty and no running water inside one bathroom. Looked like a longterm problem as a separate hand washing basin had been placed outside the bathroom. Not ideal.

Me and my Mam came to get some frostinos. Our order included 4 drinks. 2 which were for nut allergy sufferers. The manager Ebony was very professional and had excellent knowledge on the severity of the food allergy. She reassured us on the preparation of the drinks, where she cleared the area and prepared the drinks separately away from any nut products in the shop. We would like to thank her for being so understanding. BEST COSTA COFFEE WE HAVE BEEN TO!!!! Thank you Ebony!

Three of us tried to buy coffee today. Two sat outside, I went in for the coffees. I signed in on the app and then tried to order three drinks. Staff insisted I sign in again as they hadn't seen the screen on my phone. Agitated that they would have done if they were not too busy amongst themselves, I signed in again and showed my screen. They then asked how many of us there were and I explained three, but two were not coming in. They then insisted my friends had to sign in too before they'd sell me my drinks. Management instructions apparently. I left without buying drinks. This policy needs review. Pay attention when people are signing in as a start. Awful customer service levels.

Quick service and lovely drinks. Only complaint I come out smelling of cigarettes due to customers and staff smoking outside and it coming through with the air conditioning

Whatever you do, don't sit next to the windows . When its sunny you be very uncomfortable indeed . And the time, performance and noise to make 2 simple cups of coffee is unbelievable. Just a cup of hot frothy milk which is very slightly coffee flavoured in a hot noisy room is not my idea of a pleasant visit. Avoid if possible.
Always welcoming and super friendly staff, particularly the ever bubbly Ebony and the wonderful Assistant Manager; Alex. However the new cup sizing situation is a mess. Costa HQ, no one wants 5 cup sizes... stop it, stop it right now.

Was great when it first opened, now the coffee is not consistent... Bitter horrible taste (burnt beans), sometimes milky and doesn't taste very coffee like.. All depends on the barista...
