Tried lots of their desserts. The aeromint waffle and vanilla ice cream really nice and present well. My daughter like the rainbow cake was delicious My partner and I have tried most of the ice sundaes as well. Really worth a visit. Would be nice if they opened during the day staff very friendly will definitely visit it

Placed an order on their website, Order was canceled placed again waited almost 2 hours only to phone them for them to tell me the order machine hasn't been working for 2 weeks. All though payment has been taken and website said cooking! I traveled to the shop showed them the receipt only for them to refuse to give me the order and told me to pay again. Place looked dirty and I could see them scraping cream off an order they had got wrong. They will never see my money again!

Not having any change seems to be the constant gripe at the moment... luckily I found the right change to help after digging deep but tbf I wish I hadn't bothered.... Normally I've had no problems coming here... However, the white chocolate cookie dough tasted burnt in places so had to scrape off some of the top.... The ice cream tasted like it had melted but was frozen again because of like ice crystals in there...Very disappointing... Hope this was just a one off.

Cheese cake slice was tiny even for a kid and they charged £5.50 for it. Ordered a strawberry mocktail and got a strawberry milkshake. I can appreciate mistakes happen and drinks got mixed up so I phoned and spoke to a woman who blamed the owner for the small cheesecake slice and she asked us to give her 5 stars and collect the mocktail and i said no. She then promised that she will send the correct drink but we waited over an hour and a half and now the shops closed. Not gna bother ordering again
