No anchovies on pizza which they charged for at extra cost.Ordered the caprese salad, no rocket or tomatoes, just a larger bowl of mixed olives and red onion with four pieces of mozzarella. For the higher prices I was expecting wonderful food, extremely disappointed. Even more so as their phone number does not work, looked on their website, just eat and Google and no contactable numbers to resolve the issue. This was after the order was late also. I will never be ordering from here again! :(

I ordered a Roma pizza, kids pizza, Nutella pizza, potato wedges and pistachio cannolis as a takeout and my order came upto £43The Roma pizza was tasty and so was the kids pizza however, the kids pizza was supposed to be in the shape of a bear but it wasn’t and there was also a hair found in the crust.The Nutella pizza was delicious but the marshmallow topping had melted on top of it and became gooey by the time it was delivered.The wedges were nice. The pistachio cannolis were absolutely disgusting, they had a weird taste and were dry.Overall I’d say it wasn’t worth the money I paid for the experience I had but their pizzas are tasty

Am a regular customer of fireaway but I won't be coming back anymore. The standards have been slipping for months but tonight was beyond a joke. Over 2 hours to deliver and most of the order was clearly not bothered with. No cheese on the 2 cheesy garlic breads. No crispy onions or the honey we ordered on one of them either and no honey on the second garlic bread and the pepperoni was just loose in the box not stuck to the bread at all. £1.50 per topping on the garlic bread too even just for some herbs, yet despite the exorbitant price you don't put them on half the time. Chilli honey Chicken strips basically plain. Barely any cheese in the 'cheesy' calzone and once again no honey. To top it all off most of the order, especially the garlic bread was cold.I don't usually complain when a takeaway gets a thing or two wrong cause whatever, things happen, but tonight was an absolute joke guys. To send out the standard of food you did you should be embarrassed. There is no way anyone looking at the order slip should have looked at what you sent out and found it acceptable.

Wish I could give no stars went to eat in yesterday about 20:00-21:00 we spent £34.00 etc got 2 pizza and wings we ate the food got home me my sisters and my other sister and mum started vomiting definitely food poisoning ? we get in contact with environment health officer because that is terrible

Delivery driver barely spoke English, took my delivery and he walked away with no "Enjoy or Thank you!" (Drove a Grey Yaris)Ordered a salad, it arrived with one peice of lettuce in a tiny container - at over £10 definitely not worth it!The lemon Cannoli and Cookie are amazing hence the 2*!Deliveroo thanked for the feedback and that was that, an alternative dinner in the hotel will he a must!Probably advisable to avoid deliveries seeing the previous comments.

Thought I’d try this as a change from dominoes. When food arrived the driver was extremely rude and shoved the pizza in my hand and walked off. Opened the pizza it was freezing cold the ham looked like it was ripped apart by a dog and then thrown on the pizza. It was undercooked. Tried one bite and threw it away. Left a just eat review aswell but they have somehow had my comments removed by just eat.

Ordered pizza, took an hour to come. The delivery driver then tried to only give me my garlic bread and not the pizza too. When I opened it, it’s barely lukewarm.

Food is good but the delivery driver was rude...manners cost nothing so when a customer says "hello" and "thank you" , completely ignoring them and looking at you like something they picked up on thier shoe is not the way to behave. Delivery driver needs a serious attitude adjustment..

Always bring my daughters here best pizza u can get lovely friendly staff who are polite and today a horrible man and woman tried abusing the staff they handled it with class and they gave my daughters free pizza to say sorry even tho they did nothing wrong the ppl here are so so nice very welcoming place to visit keep up the good work guys

I had heard alot of good things about this place. I went in tonight at 1830 to be told they wasn't taking orders due to a large order having to be done. I only wanted one pizza, very disappointed, poor management.

My son and I came here last weekend for a pizza takeaway. The pizza was delicious, I also had some chicken which was pleasantly spicy! The staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with my first experience. I ordered for collection. When I went into the store, the staff were friendly, but they seemed unorganised and they didn't know what I had ordered. When they gave my order, I left the store and got in my car and I checked the order and they hadn't given us our drinks. (It's a good job I realised before I got home). When I arrived home, I opened the potato wedges and they were so burnt and tasted awful. The pizza I ordered with mushroom and spinach hardly any spinach on there, literally 6 spinach leaves. The pizza was nothing special, I will never order from here again, it’s overpriced for what it is. I’d rather go to ASDA and get a pizza. I even emailed them about my experience and they never bothered to get back to me.
