Food was very clean/ fresh and nice before, stands have slipped. Recent order and lettuce in burger was all brown , not fresh at all put me off my whole meal.

I tried the milk cakes from this place very nice quality cakes ?. But very big downside was it’s a milk ? cake which had a few drops ? of milk in there. You need to put more milk with the cake so you can enjoy both together.

We ordered food for 75 pounds and did not get it delivered . The driver took the food .When asked the shop blamed it on the driver and uber eats with no willingness to help. They said they cant trace the driver nor can they do something which is unacceptable . This is how you loose customers .

Well what can i say, this is the first time I went and had the Flamin Chick! Burger, with regular fries and a can of 7up in Dudley. I don't travel much there as often as I used to but when I did, this was the spot. Staff are pleasant, polite and helpfully they even went beyond as to ask manger for a particular request of mine about a doughnut only because I have a sweet tooth ha! Ha!. People you should go an try them out you won't be disappointed at all.

This place is the best burger and bubble waffle place around not visited the store but walked past and looks clean and tidy. The delivery service is excellent always top notch food. Reasonably priced and quick delivery definable

My just eat order says delivered half an hour ago, but no food is with me. I call flame and ice and the lady on the phone says we don’t do delivery hmmmm, after explaining to her that her shop does deliver as I have just ordered online form their restaurant she then asks me for my order number, we finally get through the hurdle of this lady remembering where she works she tells me there is nothing they can do. Useless, clueless and idiotic. Don’t bother!
