Went for my dad’s birthday tonight and absolutely did not disappoint. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, even putting a candle in the dessert and playing the birthday song! It really made his night, so thank you to the lovely staff and kitchen

What a great welcome and a great atmosphere in here really felt warm and welcoming, nice with all the lights around for Christmas, I went for the creamy chicken and nduja pasta with garlic bread the pasta was very tasty and filling plenty of chicken and pasta portion size was excellent garlic bread was ok could have been cooked a bit longer otherwise excellent main meal went foe dessert I went for the lemon meringue which was also very nice, staff was very helpful friendly and a quick service overall great experience

Visited the branch in Dudley. Christmas lights were lovely around the entire restaurant and there was really lovely atmosphere. Staff were lovely but did forget to bring me side of fries! Totally recommend the lemon meringue dessert was delish!!! Only fault is that possible the music is a tad too loud at times feels like you're shouting at your family/friends!!

Excellent all round - happy, friendly and attentive staff, given that the restaurant was packed full and our booking was pretty large! Food great and atmosphere perfect. They were the only venue in the surrounding area to call us back when we originally looked for a venue - we won't be going anywhere else for our parties now! Thankyou F&B's ??

Always love it here. Been going for years, the tomato sauce in the pizza is unbeatable. 100%. Unfortunately could not get the set menu kn a Sunday but still got drinks one starter shared and 3 mains for around £60. Will deffinetly be going back here again soon!

A Christmas function with over 70 guests in one sitting would be a challenge for most but not for this team. All the staff were simply superb and served us all with with a great attitude and a smile on their face. They were attentive, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Our waiters included Kara, Jay and Amdi amongst others. A big shout out also to the chefs and kitchen staff. All the meals were delivered in a timely manner, superbly prepared and hot. No mean feat when the party is so large. Thank you to all the team at Frankie and Bennys Dudley. We will be back next year for sure

Husband took our sons on Saturday night. Some of the food taken to table was not what was ordered. When that was sorted food had still been missed. Service from a certain staff member was very lacking in what you could call good customer service, and this was from a young member of the management team. What ever happened to manners and showing the customer some respect as its them that pay their wages. Prices have rocketed. After using this restaurant since it first opened I highly doubt that we will be rushing back. Such a shame as we have always sung their praises and recommended them to others.

It was relatively quiet so we didn't have to wait long for the food to be served.I recommend the spicy meat feast pasta.Syriah looked after us and was great!

Food was ok, fresh and hot... and came out really quickly. Only gripe was our server, she was absolutely lovely...how can this be a gripe?... she was so lovely and chatty with customers she kept forgetting to come back to peoples tables with what she said she was going to fetch. Took me 10 minutes to get the bill and then 20 minutes to pay the bill after finally having to go to the bar to ask to pay I was redirected to the server who finally took my payment. As a result we were 10 minutes late for the cinema I would say that of all the people working she was running around ragged whilst the younger staff hid and deliberately swerved attending tables so I'm not blaming her for being a little overwhelmed but its hard to focus when chatting at every table. The gripe then really is aimed at the other staff who as per their generation, dont know how to welcome guests. As for our server, carry on the good work just try to focus on what you're doing.
