Ordered 6 steak bakes and got sent an empty

Ordered a sausage roll via the app for 9am collection. Arrived was told to wait a couple of minutes which ended up being 25mins. Everyone else was getting served while I was standing there Deliveroo driver that arrived after me even got his order before me. No gloves were being used to prepare the food. Was handed a cold sausage roll with a bag filled with ketchup. Had to throw the food in the bin after I left. Didn’t want to say much as the servers were kids.
