Restaurant and service was not really an issue. A fairly average experience in Drive thru today. Staff were okay - could be friendlier , average sort of wait time for a KFC if you know what I mean.Food was average and luke warm this lunch time. Fries were not freshly fried so quite poor. But more importantly WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ZINGER BURGER !! What the F? have KFC done? Listen up people , the regular ZINGER burger (not tower) has now got a skimpy flat excuse of a chicken patty, SO small it's been cremated to a digestive biscuit.Yet the price has crept up steadily over the past 2 years. This is worthy of being a young kids burger not an adults. Shrinkflation of epic proportions at KFC ... boycott in protest ? ? Give me back a proper Zinger chicken patty in my burger to reflect the price hike. You can't half it AND put the price up !

Always check your orders from here. The staff almost always miss something. If you order through Just-Eat then it’s a certainty. If you go inside you can typically see why, they obviously don’t care about their customers. It’s the worse KFC I’ve ordered from.

So once again charge me for something and not put it in my bag for the third time but as itsnthe other side of town I haven't bothered to come back but this time I've had enough. Fuel ain't cheap but I've had to drive across to to get what I paid for. Avoid this kfc. No stars
