Tried for first time after seing such good reviews.. but they missed out extra patty and chicken patty was so thin that I could only see the breading in parts of it. Wouldn't order again, not worth it!

Ordered on Uber Eats .Tastes nice , Soft bun , gooey cheese andnice meatMissed out my peri peri salt AND an entire patty but it’s calm cause it tasted niceAdd mountain dew as a drink selection

Ordered food for delivery on Uber eats the plain fries are cheap and tasteless shouldn’t have to pay extra for them, they were cold when came. Burger was okay with 1 slice of gerkin seriously and a few small pieces of lettuce. Not worth the prices in my opinion wouldn’t both ordering again.

After having soo many different loaded fries I didn’t think that it was possible to find one that’d take me by surprise.Portion size is generous and filling, ratio of everything was spot on for me & overall very flavoursome.Top customer service & 5 star hygiene rating will definitely back.

Never before have I had plastic in my food but I guess there's always a first. I really didn't want to have to write this review but what I experienced at this place was shocking to say the least. The girl at the shopfront needs to learn what customer service is, had she spoken to me whilst leaving in a nice manner I wouldn't have bothered and just thought you had a bad day. After telling her I had plastic she very rudely said WHAT then said she would tell her manager.Now onto the food itself, the burger they have tasted like a very standard cheeseburger and didn't have flavour or meatiness that would be expected from a smash burger place. Also their loaded fries there was big chicken pieces in them not cut up, they need to get better at making loaded fries for sure. Also not much variety of sides, just the burgers or fries. Got to the place and it was empty, I'm starring to see why.Below is the plastic found at the bottom of my loaded fries, by all means they can check the cctv if they thought I would ever lie about such a thing.

The communication between me and the staff was great - friendly and talkative.We came to try the shakes since it was recommended by one of my mates. Really worth it, my favourite was the snicker milkshake.Will come back next time to try some food aswellKeep up the good works guys
