Just been for breakfast asked for extra sausage on the pancakes didn't get it had to go back corrected order then gets home and no syrup for pancakes other items poorly packaged and came open in the bag really shoddy service ??

Nice clean place, staff are very helpful. I arrived with my family, within moments my boys were given a Christmas activity pack to play with while we ordered. Food was tasty, fresh and hot.

Whats happened to this restaurant?Used to love going here. Over last year, I have been met with terrible food. Rude staff working in drive through. Not once but few times. What topped my last visit and never return, two half eaten burgers, mcplant that actually was burger ! All the food looked.like been thrown in bag. No flavour, bad customer service not just from workers at drive thru but managementTrying to be nice doesn't help either. Good job merryhill is better on all above.Worst one in area. Did wonder if online service or takeaway was better. Unfortunately not. Sad but would not return or recommend after giving it a try even after disasters. Don't we all make mistakes?

All of our meal was cold when it arrived from uber & half full milkshakes. Rand the Dudley branch they stated ring the Customer services App but was told that unless our food arrived late we cannot get a refund on any of the food. So basically we had no tea only half a beaker of milkshake each because we through the food away. in my opinion this is down right disgusting and no one cares that we have paid for a stone cold meal which as gone into the bin.

I used to work here years ago and it has totally changed. They need to remove the label of fast food as it take centries to get your order, especially if you eat in!

I've ordered Big Tasty with bacon. It did not look like from the picture advertised by McDonnald. It looks like from some underrated psycho fast food chain. There was plastic or rubber inside of burger meat. Soft drink wasn't cold because their ice maker did not work. I got full refund. But disgusting. My last food from McDonnald.

Unusually disappointed today. I received the wrong order. The fries were very dry and the size of the fillet of fish was considerably smaller than I remember. The lady on duty was really upbeat and helpful.

As with most McDonald's the result is usually the same freezing cold poorly emulated muck with barely any sauce and missing things practically thrown at you after an almost criminally long wait. It's McDonald's at the end of the day but the only issue is that you used to be able to pen the excuse it's cheap but these days it really isn't, McDonald's you really need to sort yourselves out or the competition will start to hurt you.
