Food was stone cold but not an issue. The issue comes when I go to bite into a chicken tender and its extremely tough.I've never went to a mcdonalds where the chicken has been like this!Also missing straws too which makes drinks a lot more difficult especially due to them being extremely chunky.

After tentatively attempting the drive through at Gornal McDonald’s once more, my expectations were entirely met when, after being told to park up and wait, I was given the wrong order. After going in and correcting this mistake with a member of staff, I saw the manager Ben, roll his eyes before making an attempt to fix things.The store lacks proper communication as when I come to sit in the car once again, I find items missing on my list. You’d think, making that mistake once he manager would have been more careful or at least at bare minimum apologetic when bringing me the last few items, but seemed entirely inconvenienced by having to bring me what I had paid for.I can excuse a wrong order once at such a busy time, but the carelessness which which the staff and Gornal McDonald’s operate and most importantly the lack of communication and compassion the management team appear to show to staff and customers makes it a completely pointless task. Please avoid eating here if you can, they don’t deserve custom until the management team can learn to take responsibility for mistakes and actually take pride in their work. At bare minimum always check your order before driving off.

It was very convenient for us, The food is always hot and the staff are always pleasant. Nice to see my guy that used to work at Nandos, always got a smile on his face :)Parking: Parking is a nightmare especially for us that live on the actual road as there are always people blocking the road to turn in

Just received our Xmas eve order, quite honestly I might just as well have thrown the money into the fire. The fries were cold, floppy needed cooking for a lot longer. My Mcplant burger came with griddle burn, couldn't eat any of it, vile. So disgusting, will never use this particular branch again. Thanks for spoiling our Xmas eve take away!!!!!

Imagine ordering a chicken mayo to get home and it’s literally the bun and chicken with no mayo or lettuce , not even the cheese I added ?Then no dips as per usualGet a grip it’s really not that difficult at all and given the price inflation on everything on the menu we deserve what we pay for!
