Absolutely dreadful. The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Freezing cold inside, colder than it is outside and that’s saying something given it’s minus degrees atm. Toilets out of order, no Diet Coke. Food went cold immediately due to fridge temperatures inside. Ketchup tasted like BBQ. Guessing they mixed up the dispensers. Only saving grace was the workers friendly smiles. Also - one chicken select came as a chicken pancake. I feel for the people of West Brom.

The most incompetent chain of restaurants in regards to basic food and service. Whoever employees the staff is just as incompetent by the looks of things. Numerous orders and how the hell you can forget chips from meals and a chocolate brownie out of every order is beyond me. Even when the Uber driver asked if the brownie had been included they said yes. The worst choice for a franchise site really letting the McDonald’s brand down. Absolutely disgusting.I have had food from this place twice now and both times I have said to not put cheese on my burger because I am severely allergic to it. And both times they have given me cheese and yet put the sticker of no cheese on the burger. It is absolutely disgusting that they're unable to do a simple thing. The first time it happened I phoned up and spoke to the manager. I was told it would never happen again and they would have a stern word with the people who work there. Obviously not because it has happened again so I have had to go without. It is disgusting. I should be able to order food and know that it will be how I need it to be and for it to actually be like that. The fact they put the no cheese sticker on my burger yet put cheese on is a slap in the face.

New years eve & we thought we'd treat ourselves to an otherwise over priced Uber Eats delivery... We won't bother next time. The food was all cold, the fries were limp & undercooked & 2 items missing from the order. McDonald's wasn't interested & fobbed us off to Just Eat. They refunded 1 items but didn't careless about the 2nd item or the entire order being unedable! DONT order via a delivery as it always ends up this way! I don't know why we thought it would be different this time. Waste of time & money!

One of the worst McDonald's ever, not sure if it's a franchise or not! Don't get your full order, milkshakes are just fluffy no actual milkshake, hardly any flavour, never put all the sauces in even when you pay for them, select toys in happy meals and always gets books, if you don't have toys don't have it has an option!!!!! Yes books are better than the card toys but when you have squishmellows in our if all the happymeals I brought for my kids too collect them they got 1 squishmellow each which was the last day they was available..... won't even mention the prices especially now you only get half a tub of chips now ......sort it out seriously even ordering a large meal you get as much in a happy meal, the meals are small for the price! It's wrong that you rob people of there money and being able to treat there family to a takeaway surprised you haven't gone bankrupt yet

It's now a "drive wait" not a drive thru....Can't even get simple orders right. Seems to be all about sorting the delivery drivers out first. Well done lazy people who stay at home becoming obese. Avoid and go where you get what it says on the tin.

The drive thru was empty and had to park up. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for our food, they got some of the order wrong and it was cold and soggy. Not a good experience for us at all.

Over 30 mins wait for “fast food” while stood in store. Lots of disgruntled people in there tonight and also many Uber eats drivers also annoyed with the waiting times.Staff member almost threw the drinks everywhere just shoving them across the counter rudely when asked for an extra bag to carry everything.Honestly shocked by the awful service.
