*Disgusting Surprise*!Just found a long strand of blond/Caucasian hair in our family platter among the fries today 01/01/2024, 5pm.The so called "manager" unapologetically and casually just said "I can get you two bowls of fries to replace these".! Smh...The so called Manager who needs to get trained on Good Customer care!!!And yes, we did get the fries. The food was "Just flat" from then onwards.Another female staff came to ask how our food was, I said not good and briefly explained why. She was sorry and really did show alot more concern and apologised.Now she is well trained on Good customer care. She offered the kids ice cream as an apology. We had planned to skip desert there but the kids accepted their desert. We left after eating.

Didn't like the fact that there was a couple of big flies buzzing around inside at this time of year should have an insect zapper in the restaurant. Food ok I felt under par so will not be visiting again sadly.Parking: Can get very busy in evenings and weekend

Came to Nando’s for some food and instead watched people order after me and get their order. So I had to scran the menu. Exactly 30 minutes I had to wait and still didn’t get the order. You get a refund quicker than you get the food.Shame cause it used to be rapid service.

Extremely disappointed with my Nando's visit. Despite no prior notice on there website or on Google they were unexpectedly closed for a staff Christmas party when I arrived, ruining my birthday plans. I was really looking forward to this occasion after a long time, but Nando's let me down

I came to nandos for lunch, i was greeted by the lovely TK, he made my visit feel friendly and at ease. Then i was served by Deanna who was an amazing waitress and was quick and efficient. I’ll deffo be back!!

This Nando's is by far the best I have been to so far, and my family and I have been to all the Nando's in the area and to other various cities. This Nando's definitely takes the cake, whether its busy or not. They have a good take on the Nando's menu in comparison to all the other Nando's we've been to. The other Nando's just slap the sauce on top of the chicken and call it done. Whereas, this Nando's; Dudley Castlegate; glazes their chicken with their sauces and not just leave a thick layer of dry sauce on top. The sides are really good in portion but the other Nando's seem to try to give you the smallest portion as possible.One specific encounter, was very recently, with one of the managers; John. As soon as we came through the door, I knew we were going to have a great time. With his level of service as well as understanding because we made a mistake on our order and we asked if we could change it and he happily did, without hesitation. There was another member of staff, but I didn't catch her name but she also served us and she was also very pleasant.This branch is the best out of all the others across the board; food, staff, service, cleanliness, speed, portion, time management, team work and so on.

Hands down the worst Nando’s I’ve ever been to in the uk and of 100 plus visits in 4 years at multiple locations this is the only one I’ve ever had an issue with. I get it was a busy night, I waited 20mins for them to even get knifes & forks out after asking 3 times. After 45mins of waiting for food it came out and it wasn’t cooked, sent this back no issue when then next came out after 15mins I needed another drink, only to be told I had to order at the bar which is fine- the issue being is that there was 7 people there ordering food so my food would be cold I said please can I just pay on the card machine to which I was told no.

Have been at this place several times with no problem, but on 21st of August my experience with my kids and wife was a nightmare, thanks to the staff (George in particular that was never there before) for spoiling our day. Have ordered a full platter with large fries, didn’t check the receipt and when the order arrived it was a full platter with rice, we did complain about it and the answer that George gave us was I did asked you to confirm the order and walked away, it was very easy to sort it out by just replacing it, my kids and wife didn’t want the rice so I did take it back and have returned the rice and upon request of the large fries had to pay another £6.50 on top of my bill, still even paying for large fries we have received 2 small portion of fries very different than we used to have. Our day was already spoiled so we carry on, George was very rude, unhelpful and have completely spoiled our day. It is not about paying for the fries but about his attitude towards the mistake, even if is ours or his mistake giving that answer and walking away without giving us an option to get it right really upset us.

What can I say....you can always rely on nandos me and my family have been coming here for years and they are consistently great. A place we're the staff always smile and look like they actually enjoy their jobs, somewhat of a rarity these days. Nothings too much trouble the food is always on point. Keep on doin what you do and you will continue to thrive.

Usual Nando's experience. Staff were friendly, food was okay, service was quick.Did enjoy the honey BBQ/chili chicken breasts though, and the grilled halloumi and chili jam was a pleasant surprise with the strawberry jam start and chili kick after.

Firstly when I requested some sauces, the staff member handed them to me without even bothering to put them in a bag. This lack of attention to detail made me feel like an afterthought. It is standard practice for condiments, especially when multiple sauces are involved, to be packed properly to ensure a convenient and hygienic experience for customers. Moreover, I had to specifically request butter for my corn on the cob. It seems like this basic accompaniment should have been included without needing to ask explicitly. It highlighted a lack of attention to providing a complete and satisfying dining experience. Another disappointment was the absence of corn sticks and napkins. These are essentials that contribute to the overall enjoyment of a meal, and their omission strikes me as a missed opportunity to deliver a truly comprehensive service. Lastly, the staff member's attitude throughout my interaction was disinterested and bordering on rude. Their lack of enthusiasm and indifference further soured my experience, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. Overall, my visit to dudley Nando's was marred by subpar service. The lack of attention to detail, disinterested attitude, and unavailability of basic elements like butter, corn sticks, and napkins left me dissatisfied. I hope that Nando's takes this feedback constructively and works towards addressing these issues to provide better experiences for customers in the future.

For those of us, and there are other people like us, (older).. who don't dine out much, it was funny but stressful that we didn't know how to scan the QR code to order for some time, by which time our ? were hanging out! and we couldn't get a member of staffs attention .
