Visited with a large group of adults with learning disabilities (26) phoned in advance and spoke to Store Manager Alison. She fully recognised the needs of our group and forward planned everything accordingly . Oh my days!!! Our experience was second to none. Our group was well accommodated for and their individual needs fully understood and unjudged. And that's just the service! We had a group with specific dietary requirements and that was no trouble at all!! I honestly could go on! Absolutely fantastic experience ? thank you and your team so much. Obviously, would highly recommend

Visited here this afternoon as a family of 3, was not impressed! Seated by a young girl with glasses and her rude manners! Whilst sat there we also witnessed 2 other tables walk out without dining! She was not professional and people like this should NOT work in hospitality!Will not be visiting here again.

Having not visited a Pizza Hut in ages we called in on spec. Couldn’t fault, staff were very attentive & friendly. The food was great & and good choice of pizza slices. We opted for the £10.99 unlimited buffet together with a cup of tea extra. Nice fresh ‘tea bag’ tea too the way we like it. Nice to see the staff were quick to clean vacant tables & general about asking customers if they were ok and if any help was needed using the QR code. We ordered using our mobile and the QR code system, nice and easy. They bring your drinks and plate/salad bowl to your table then you’re free to attack the pizza and salad bar lol. A nice all round experience and we will look to calling in again for sure. We’ll done Pizza Hut Merry Hill staff, you made our visit that extra special ?

Excellent service by the restaurant manager, Craig, followed by equally excellent pizza. It was my first visit here and I found it to be warm, clean, bright and comfortable inside, on a cold winter's day. I would recommend this restaurant. HJ.

Went here for the buffet on the 11th of October. The manager was extremely rude, she shouted across the restaurant that we were to stay seated until she bought our plates over for the buffet, even though at other pizza huts you can just go up. She spent most of her time propping up the bar with her mate gossiping about other customers. Hardly any other customer wanted to go up as she and the other staff created a horrible atmosphere which you could cut with a knife. She was very abrupt and barely looked at us when talking to us. The only thing she seemed passionate about was running outside for a cigarette. Overall I could not recommend this place any less The staff were rude and the food was below average and the cleanliness was awful. Would recommend for this place to just be shut down.

Just want to say a big thank you to Rob! You made the experience fantastic and were so good with the kids. The food is always fantastic and it was really nice that we had help pretty much on hand throughout the whole meal. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!Vegetarian options: My moms tastes changed a lot after she had Covid and as a result can’t eat meat. There were a lot of options for her on the menu which she was pleasantly surprised about!Kid-friendliness: Before we even got to our table we were given crayons and colour sheets for the kids. The staff spoke directly to them and not through the adults (which is always a plus!) so they felt incredibly special when the ice cream bowls came out!

Just awful service on Saturday 31st September 23. On arrival we were ignored waiting to be seated as staff walked past us including the manager like we weren't thier, when we did get noticed and taking to our seat thier was no happy communication to us and just told that's your seat its cashless you have to pay on the app. After trying to faff about with app after ot crashed 4 times while ordering I gave up and asked to pay by card to be told its quicker to do it on the app but if you wanted to pay by card you will have to wait longer to be served by the Manager who was more worried about cleaning a table in a not so busy resturant than taking our order it took 25 minutes to get ordered then to get our plates and card machine for us to pay!!Once we had paid the food was not to bad and pizza was good. But the manger is a horrific horrible person she sat down to elderly ladies next to us which had trouble using thier phone they were confused so asked for help, they asked the manager for help to be told another staff member will help them and for them to be patient then was drawn a very horrible dirty look. I helped the 2 ladies out and told then how it works and that they can pay by card if they were struggling. Disgusting customer service how she got the managers job i don't know but her attitude and customer service is the worst iv ever come across its like she isn't bothered!!!

I didn't enjoy the pizzas as much, there wasn't much cheese on the pizza and the coleslaw wasn't very creamy there wasn't much variety of pizzas the service has changed dramatically when you arrive your seated at a table and given a plate and bowl for salad and that was differentOverall the service and atmosphere was great

The whole cashless thing is a pain in the bum. I had to download a qr reader. When I go out I expect a waiter/wiatress to take my order. Might as well go in the kitchen and cook it myself!This whole cashless thing will drive pizza hut out of business.Gave 2 stars as the food was good.

Upon arrival to restaurant, we were met with a if you are eating here you'll need to order using the QR and we don't accept cash. We placed our order via the QR and proceeded to the salad bar where a waitress advised that plates would be taken to our table. Instead of handing us the plates over the bar less than 50cm away she walked past us (including 3 young children) and placed the plates on the table.Completely poor service and I will not be returning and I advise others to steer clear.
