I had used the EV charger but I found myself needing the AA because I had brokendown. Found myself needing the toilet but to my amazement there wasn't a customer toilet that I could use. So I thought I would call upon the Shell assistants humanity and ask him if I could use the toilet in the back but point blank was told No! Then I asked him if he knew of a public convenience or possible alternative then I was told he didn't know the area. So just for customer service it's very poor.

Every week I stop here for fuel before riding home and now apparently I have to remove my helmet for service, no thanks.

No face masks being worn by staff or the customers in the shop on my visit recently.Will go somewhere that values my health and safety in future.

Took a double payment form my account. O proved with receipts and app but would not correct without an old fashioned paper statement. Made so difficult when they could see what they had done. Always check your statement or they wont be very helpful. I told them I was going to police- they were not bothered

Pulled in to get a coffee â˜•ï¸ the guy who works there accused me of pressing the large button on the costa machine then refused to check his camera nasty little man left the coffee and walked out I am not hard up for it
