SOPHIE was very polite helpful and always smiling.Her customer service was outstanding and she definately went the extra mile for me and my kids.I hope the senior management see my review and recognise they have a real shining example in Sophie of the perfect member of staff.

Usually a great place to grab a bite after my work but today went in got some funny looks from the staff, couldn't hear them when they spoke to me, felt as if they didn't want to be there and the food was cold when I asked to be heated.I had a steak and cheese wrap.They didn't ask if I wanted meat to be heated and when it was toasted and I took a bite it was cold even the outside.It was cheap I guess that was a upside

Apart from my veg meatball being hard at the end it was fine ..I also noticed the lad messing with chicken then getting cheese with same glove ..just be careful but other than than loverly
