Treated to lunch by my kid brother, we opted for a new dining experience. For 1.30pm Tuesday afternoon, it wasn't too busy and half the tables were occupied. In the time it took to prepare our food, several people were served in between with take out orders, which was no big deal.As one lot of food was ready before the other, it was kept warm until both lunches were ready. We enjoyed it so much that we will 100%, definitely be going back.The diner is clean, staff are polite, respectful and courteous. They are happy to answer any questions regarding sauces, menu items etc.There seemed to be repeat customers there given the staff/customer interaction and with a 5 rating from FSA, there's nothing else needs to be said

Staff are good but very let down due to a bone found in my burger and was given a chicken Donner wrap inside but just got put off by the food wouldn’t be coming here again

We ordered kebab meat and fries aswell as other food, the man took our money he then dished out our fries and left them sitting on the side open for about 5 minutes because the kebab meat wasn’t ready, he then sliced the kebab meat off and put it in the grill, my partner told the man that the chips will be cold so he then took the chips and re heated them in the fryer, when it was served to us, the kebab meat was dry and hard with no taste. Very disappointedIn reply to your comments I did not lie about your food I will upload the photo of your food so nice try.You clearly have no respect to serve that to customers, could you not tell that it was very dry and yes we spent £15 but even if I spent £2 the standard of food should be a lot better than we received.Are you saying you did not put your kebab meat in the pizza oven, and my partner spoke to you about the fries being left on the side so you put them back in the fryer

Not impressed!!! Ordered a chicken fillet burger. Clearly they don't know about fresh food/ hygiene. I had to take hairs out of my burger and was left throwing it in the bin. Fillet was soggy no crispness, just a poor effort. Won't be returning.
