We had family and friends get to gather.it was amazing and food was fresh and delicious.service was very nice and pleasant.I will not do justice if I will not mention Afzal.He mad the whole process very pleasant.Definitely recommend itKid-friendliness: Enough space

Ordered a takeaway tonight (612024), after placing my order, asked a) how much and b) estimated time of arrival. Guy on the phone "45 minutes". Usually delivery is between 25 and 30 minutes (been having my food from here for around 3 years...as it is very good). At 65 minutes, gave them a ring Guy on the phone " ...sorry, driver had a puncture, had to bring food back and warm it up, should be with you in around 6 minutes.. ". Fair enough, 8 minutes later my buzzer goes...it's the delivery driver..." Hello. ..got your food... ". I go down, I say hello, what happened..? Delivery guy..." Oh, big mix up, I went to wrong address. .. ". Phoned 'twice the Spice ' me...hello, your driver has just delivered, he reckons he's delivered to the wrong address, so...did he have a puncture, or...did he go to the wrong address...? Guy on phone..." Well, he was late anyway. ..so we had to warm it up. I said that would have accepted the honest answer, and wouldn't be using twice the Spice again, to which he replied "That's up to you mate.." . If you don't mind a 1hour 20 minute wait, the good is quite good, but the public service is bad...and staff rude.

That was the worst £30 I have ever spent, food was rubbish and when I called to let them know I had an item missing, the hun on the phone was rude, he practically called me a liar.

This restaurant when it was the Light of Asia many moons ago was our favourite curry house by far back in the Seventies and Eighties so I made nostalgic trip back there last night. What a total disappointment ! Chicken Jalfrezi with no sign of any chilli, pulao rice with no hint of any flavour and completely overpriced. Never again !!!!!
Curry naan was amazing, rice and chicken tikka were amazing, will order from here all the time now. Very goods prices also. Best food i have had in ages !

Got My order wrong and said had to have same night who wants to ear two curries in one night when there fault? Sent curry back out to me but taken to wrong address yet again I can a free meal and compensation for £15 all I'm given is poppadoms which are free anyway...in total over three days all I've got is a free meal which was replaced and three prawns which I originally paid extra for then when first meal came was all prawn no chicken hemse complained they checked and was their error so over three days I have to say bland and shocking won't be using again

It's very expensive but the food isnt bad, wouldn't return though because it was just too much money.
