Could do with lots more men's clothing and stuff because it is very limited stock and not many sizes

Not a good shopping experience here now unfortunately. The escalator seem to break down all the time as it has at the moment. The lift has queues to get up to the next floor but it is only a small lift anyway, if you are using trolleys to shop with, only about 3 fit in it with 1 person to a trolley.

Absolutely amazing experience. Went to the pharmacy for me dad, absolutely textbook antibiotics, top drawer!! Recommend the hydrocortisone cream also - a must

One these stores that lacks a sufficient number of staffed tills, as they want you self checkout. In consequence your wait at a till can be a couple of minutes or a half hour or more.

Rude check out staff very much dissatisfied with the whole experience today. No professionalism. No customer acarmen. Toilets disgraceful. Reported to staff. Went back later still the same. Come on asda this is not good enough

I don't like Asda Halesowen. It's quite a depressing store. It looks as though it needs a good clean and a general update. Though downstairs is better than upstairs. Shopping over 2 floors is a pain especially if you pay downstairs but have to go upstairs to leave the store. (The reason for paying downstairs is that the trolley and basket self serve tills upstairs are generally a nightmare.)The lifts are dirty looking and horrible to use.I usually go to Asda Oldbury and will continue to do so even though it's a longer journey.

IV have just come back from shopping here and the way my cousin has been treated is unacceptable a while back he was banned from Asda in brilly hill won't go into detail it wasn't for shoplifting he has gone in today and was told to leave for no reason has the manger worked at the other Asda and recognise him so told him hewas banned from every Asda which he isn't

I always find what I want in Asda. They have plenty of choices. Being one of the bigger ones they have a good choice in clothes and household requirements. Really good

Hate going in there. Clear lack of management, it appears staff are just sticking produce wherever they happen to be standing when shelf filling, for instance, bags of crisps in 3 different aisles, bacon shoved in the bakery section in the chiller where the cream cakes should be!! It's absolute chaos!! Best of luck trying to find anything in there.

Terrible experience, not as good as when Walmart owned it and the prices are ridiculous. This could be such a good store if they wanted you to visit, but it seems their only intention is to encourage customers to go elsewhere or shop online. If this is the future of Asda then I guess it is time to look at alternatives.

The worst experience I have had in the last few months bad customer service and the staff are very slow. Also food isn't at a good standard they certainly won't be getting my custom again no chance.

Didn't like the layout, it was not very clean, and I found the multi levels confusing. Won't be going back!
