I have never had some of the food from here but I went in once and asked for some chips and tried ask for a kebab after asking if it was halal then to my surprise not even the chips were halal and I think personally that you should change this due to the amount of Muslims in the area surrounding your shop so I am going to leave a good review so it doesn’t drag down the shop but I would like if I could Atleast get chips from your shop as it would very convenient to me .

This chip shop has always been my go-to on a Friday night, and I used to thoroughly enjoy their kebab meat and chips. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed. In the past, I would order a small kebab meat and chips for my partner and a large one for myself. To my surprise, I was informed that they now only offer one size.This decision struck me as peculiar, as it eliminates the flexibility to cater to varying appetites. Undeterred, I decided to order two of the medium-sized meals, hoping my partner might leave some for me. To add to the inconvenience, the establishment is now cash-only, and I was directed to go next door for cash back.This change, coupled with the inability to cater to different appetites and the inconvenience of a cash-only policy, prompted me to reconsider my choice. I left the chip shop in search of a place that accommodates varying preferences and accepts contactless/card payments. It's disheartening when a favorite spot makes changes that impact the overall dining experience.

Well I was in the shop and I was actually quite scared. This poor girl was being verbally abused by this seemingly drunk man and I felt so sorry for her. He was vile and aggressive. On a positive note our fish and chips were absolutely amazing.

Wow. I wouldn’t trust these clowns with a tin of cat food. The chips left me longing for a potato famine. And the lady who served me had a personality similar to Josef Fritzl.Don’t waste your time or money. I will be exploring more deserving chippys in the area following my ordeal here

Great chip shop and offer such a wide selection. The staff are very friendly and offer a great service. The only reason I have given lower than 5 stars is because we ordered off just eat and the delivery time was quite awhile and the food wasn’t as warm as it should be considering we are 10mins away and they got one of the items wrong we did call and it was correct one of us had to wait awhile before they got what they wanted

After placing an order for nearly £20 when I arrived to collect it I was told it was cash only.I was not told this before I ordered.ended up having to go to the Nisa to get cash back which cost me a further £1 cash back which is expensive.Had I been told it was cash only in advance I would’ve come prepared but didn’t even get a phone call.chip should admitted they should’ve phoned me. After using this chippy since it opened I will not be ordering from here again and will not be recommending to others to use either.

Chips were very good, fish was amazing. Had to wait while it was cooked but that's not a problem for fish that good. Was really busy and wait was only 10-15 mins tops. Staff are lovely. Ordered 2 large fish, 2 large chips. Awesome. I'm stuffed.
Kept loyal to this chippy over the last year although keep having issues but today was the final straw. 2 long hairs in the top of my box of food almost spotted as soon as the box was opened. Chips undercooked and hard. Peas was disgusting last time ordering so avoided them this time. Several times calling to place a order for collection (whole point of this is so i dont have to wait 15 mins for order to be cooked) to then arrive and they forgot to start cooking the food. Today was the final straw after keep going back. Shocking standard of customer service from the rude lady on the front counter even when she messes up the order. And to find 2 big dark hairs in my food when opening it up its gone straight in the bin and i will never eat from there again. Needs someone different on the front counter thats not snotty and stuck up and can do a simple job correctly

Ordered Via app and my Daughter did not see if they confirmed the order. So called the shop and they confirmed that it would be 10 minutes after our requested time to ensure that the chicken was cooked properly. Food was delivered on time and was excellent. Great food and the staff seemed very friendly and helpful!!

Best fish and chips in a long while. Really reasonably priced, which is a big bonus in this climate.Kid-friendliness: Kids' meals went down a treat and the price was good.Parking: Ample parking off the main road.
