No customer services at all at this costa. Staff never say hello and are rude. When you go to the counter the staff looks at you and say nothing no smile whatsoever. It happened several times. Food and atmosphere is alright. However they should train the staff on customer services.

Five stars for service as I didn't eat. Saturday morning at around 11ish, busy. The staff coped well. I like the arrangement here as the seating is arranged in the concourse of the shopping centre, giving an airy feel. It's like sitting in the open air, except you are not. I like it.

Awful service at this Costa, the manager Darrah, couldn’t be any more uninterested in serving us if he tried, no please no thank you and his staff were equally as rude. Not even offering sprinkles on the cappuccino, we actually had to ask for them. It’s a shambles of a site and needs a change of staff.
