Took one hour to arrive, ordered at around 1pm on a weekday and the store is literally a 3 minute drive? The pizza was very average and dry and looked very small for a medium…Somehow it was still hot.

I order often from this branch and there is always something wrong with the food, mainly mistakes with the order, in the past I have been sent meat pizzas even though I’m a vegetarian and when asked to get it rectified they have offered me a free pizza next time, I had to argue to get a pizza sent out as I was hungry and they couldn’t understand why I couldn’t just eat the meat pizza…. The amount of base sauce is way too much, I call and ask to have it reduced and it never comes with less, if anything more.. (maybe didn’t understand my simple request). If you pay for extras you don’t get them, and noticeably the cheese is always lacking, barely any on most of the pizzas. I didn’t realise how bad my local dominos were until I ordered from another branch. I have given a 3 out of 5 because the food was always hot, delivered quickly and no questions that it was clean and fresh (so being fair).. the issues are failure to follow basic customer requests, rude staff and not good value compared to other branches. I ordered a pizza at least once every 2 weeks over last few years, so this is a good avarage score of this branch, and not just a few unluckily events. (I have tried to give feedback to the manager and doesn’t seem to be implimented).

Massively gone down hill!!!! Pizza was not nice at all actually it was disgustingly gross and I never say that about food but this was just awful…too much base sauce which resulted in pizza being extremely soggy, the odd toppings thrown on but not enough to call it a pizza! My husband went to collect and said the worker serving him was rude and abrupt in the way he spoke to customers and delivery drivers, hr observed the workers making the pizza didn’t have their beards covered, worker mentioned they had been taken over by new management and we can taste the difference yuck nothing like it use to be won’t be coming back here again which is such a shame as a local! I’d rather eat a frozen pizza than touching this place again fairwell dominos

The last several times we bought Domino's Specialty pizzas they did NOT put VERY many toppings on the pies even though the list of toppings for the "Specialty Pizzas" is listed on their menu! The Pacific Veggie is supposed to have Feta Cheese & each time there was ONLY A VERY FEW pieces, 2-4 PIECES on the ENTIRE LARGE 14" pizza! As for the other toppings; Feta Cheese, Spinach & Roasted Red Peppers, Black Olives, Onions, Mushrooms & Diced Tomatoes, they were ALSO GREATLY REDUCED or NOT on the put on the pizza AT ALL! The Philly Cheese Steak Specialty pizza was the same, with VERY, VERY FEW pieces of "Steak" (3-4 pieces on the 14" LARGE) and VERY FEW pieces of the other toppings; Green Peppers, Mushrooms & Onions". We no longer order Domino's pizza because of the LACK of toppings they put on their pizzas! We think that it is sad because it doesn't matter if it's a one topping or ten, they still LITERALLY, ONLY PUT a BARE MINIMUM or NONE of the toppings that SHOULD BE on the pizzas but the price DOES NOT REFLECT the HUGE REDUCTION in the AMOUNT of each pizzas that Domino's serves! EVEN when we PAID EXTRA for EXTRA TOPPINGS, the amount DID NOT CHANGE from the "regular" way they prepare the pizzas! The service has been good & quick but IF the pizza is lousy, why should we buy it?

Order took over half an hour to arrive after driver left store. Tracking map helpfully showed he had gone to other orders miles in the opposite direction. Food virtually cold. Order had taken an hour to prepare with twenty minutes in quality check. They were too busy but putting multiple orders on each driver. Ok if you like cold pizza - previous orders had been ok.

Fantastic pizza I really enjoyed it.I recommend the hot sauce. Get the hot sauce because its really nice. I ordered a pepperoni pizza but I added the hot sauce and used it to dip the pizza in. You can also pour it on the top but be careful it is runny and can end up ruining your clothes.This happened to me and to some extent it spoilt the whole night for me. But the place is clean and staff are friendly and always up for a chat.

The woman behind the desk crystal , did not tell us of all the offers available when we asked. I paid £20 for a large pizza when I could have had the mega deal for £20.99 and got 2 sided and a desert as well as a large pizza , should be looking after customers if u want them to return, disgraceful
