Since the new greggs has opened in Halesowen the staff can’t handle their customers so slow service ques be going outside the door they need to employ more staff

Ordered a few items , some of which was 4 sausage rolls - got home to find I'd only been given 2 , basic math error but surely every customer shouldn't have to check every single bag to ensure what you've asked and paid for are there?? Itl cost me more in fuel to return to collect what I'm missing so its a loss for me I won't use this branch again il use the baguette bar upstairs instead

Very good service - thankyou. However I have been here several times the last week and I am very concerned and disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Dirty tables and trash building up. If its like this in the front I wonder how it is in the kitchen where the food is made.

The drinks and cakes were as nice as they always are but the cleanliness was disgusting the bins were overflowing and rubbish was be left at the side and on the counter above. If they had been emptied at all today I would be surprised.
The new Greggs store in the Cornbow centre looks classy with its soft ambient lightning. The shop has dining-in tables. A choice of Greggs fast food & drinks are available.The store contains the usual food & drink chillers to take away or eat in. Only had a coffee which was tasty & good value.

Visited recently. What a great Gregg's. Donna the manager was great. Professional in all aspects of the job. Pity all Gregg's aren't the same. The new Gregg's is great.. for a decent sandwich and drink. Definitely be back.

The NEW GREGGS isn't even on Google it's that NEW!. The picture is for the NEW Greggs opposite the Costa and opened 6 days ago according to the lady behind the counter. This has to be the biggest branch l have seen so far. It was busy when l went (15:05) and l requested fresh margarita pizza as the two on display looked TERRIBLE!. Waited about 5 mins for a new one. It looked average but tasted nice. Would recommend this place to all. It's the first review l've done where it's not even on Google yet because it's so new.
