I order good didn't give a receipt they asked for proof witch I couldn't show so after waiting 55 minutes I eventually got my food manager help no help at all I was just waiting in tears of anger my friends were more help then the start not good never going

Would give a zero but not an option. Firstly I was looking forward to take a break and have some finger licking good chicken but when I got there I was bombarded by millions of people, it toke 10 minutes to actually order my food THEN MY FRIENDS CHIPS DIDNT TURN UP FOR 40 minutes. the staff were RUDE ARROGANT AND IGNORANT and acted like they didn’t see my when I said excuse me repeatedly. They Would not apologise for the shocking experience I relived. Not only was this a bad part of my day I had to rush to eat and leave and the food wasn’t even good.

Food took over 30 minutes for a simple order, when I recieved it, my wings were stale, and my chips were green. Plus when I tried to pay with cash, the workers didnt even acknowledge it. When i went to the toilet, i swear i mustve heard a rat crawling about in the walls. Dont recommend at all.

They could clean up more tables filled with rubbish I know that people just leave food on tables and it's kinda rude when there are bins for you to drop your rubbish in so the next person can use the table but the tables still could do with a wipe and people in there pajamas because it's under a hotel ?Parking: Parking with the hotel

There was a slight delay in service delivery. The customer service and payment were swift.Parking: Parking was located within the premises and lots of spaces were available.

Just to let everyone know that KFC in Halesowen are braking the law! They cannot refuse to accept CASH as means of payment as it is the Kings currency.

Last time I had a KFC from here it was very dry and over cooked! but today it was excellent. I did have to wait about 8 minute's because they was cooking a fresh batch. But must say BEST chicken from a KFC for a long time!
