Ordered a takeaway at 7.30 they told us it would be an hour for two curry’s. At 8.45 we rang to chase they told us it would be with us in 10 minutes. It arrived at 9.00.The food was nice tasting but not very warm.

Avoid this takeaway at all costs. I ordered food online and immediately rang up to cancel and they said OK. An hour later I get a text saying food is on the way. Ring them again saying I cancelled this order an hour earlier. They say driver has gone out but he won't deliver food and you will get a refund. 6 days later and I have no refund. Avoid this place as they'll take your money any chance they get.

I had booked a table for 10 people several weeks before the date of the meal. Telephoned two days before the date just to confirm all was ok only to be told they were only doing deliveries at the moment. Had not had any communication from them. What a way to treat your customers. Won't be using them agsin.

Best curries in Halesowen.I always order a takeaway from Spice Fusion and the meal always arrive on time and still warm like they just came out the oven. The portions are incredible and the value is brilliant.Would 100% recommend

WHAT HAS HAPPENEDUsed to be our favourite Indian restaurant for dinning in and take away......Food is just not the same, portions much smaller taste and quality definitely not the same.Poor take away service....told to collect my order in 15 mins, arrived and had to wait another 20 minutes.....1 member of staff, taking phone orders, serving customers in restaurant and trying to deal with customers collecting orders.....very poor customer service.....unfortunately after 6 years of being a loyal customer I won't be returning to Spice Fusion again.

We have just finished our first experience of Spice Fusion and it definitely won't be our last. Simply lovely, every dish was a mouthwatering delight. Sorry can't show the food it was clean plates all round.

Delivery: tonight first time of ordering from here, they contacted us to confirm order and let's us know they were out of swordfish but we did order lemon rice but did not receive it, only received the fish at a cost of 10.95 not happy as the portion not good without the rice as this was not a meal and was cold.

Kam is absolutely on it and is a really good quality member of staff for sure.Front of house is Sadia and she is really good too.Worth a visit the food was tasty and spicy enough as I requested.I had chicken tikka jalfrezi, and next time I had the chicken Biriyani which was very good too and the accompanying naan was fresh nicely cooked and hot to the touch.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Absolutely worth a visit
