I wouldn't bother!Long waiting times, poor customer service, staff that don't know how to use the tills properly. Reluctance to accept official Subway app offers and promotions. Won't be using again any time soon.

"Did somebody say just eat" Earlier this evening we had a delivery and contact less it wasn't. The chap just handed me the two carrier bags.My wife ordered the ham salad bowl which was a completely different definition of salad that I have ever come across. It consisted of strips of ham, a lot of onions and a quarter of a ton of gherkins. She didn't eat much of it so after I finished my sub I finished off hers because I hate waste. I can imagine that I'm going to spend most of tonight dreaming about little gherkin people running around my bed, I'm not going to eat another gherkin for a long long time.The meal was okay but not too often.

Just bought my son a ft long sub £6. I’m sure I have been over charged as they are meant to be in the eat out to help out scheme. Was this sub really £12??? Should have queried it at the time but the assistant wasn’t that friendly. Won’t be visiting again ☹️

The food was nice but the shop could have done with a bit of a tidy up. I did have to repeat my order a few times but still the food was very nice and made how i like it. Very happy with politeness of the staff.
It's ok but there is no atmosphere, the health and safety certificate is from 2015 (I don't if they are too lazy to change it or something else) and the kitchen setup is not the most hygenic.

I went to subway in halesowen tawn i got surved by some1 called tyler he was very good at his job and new what he was doing.he was very freandley and just made u feel welcome and the sub he made me was to die for i will defo be going back there greate jib guys keep it up

You get what you pay for with subway, this place used to be better. But the staff turnover is ridiculous, every time I go the sandwich is being made by a new trainee. It's a bit of a lottery on how well the sandwich is made because of this. Better off going to Jo's Baguette Bar in the shopping centre.
