Not been to the Fox Hunt Harvester in years as standards over the years had declined. But we were pleasantly surprised both by the food and the service. They were both excellent and how it used to be years ago when it first opened. Really enjoyed our meal.

Called in Sunday, and the place was rammed, and stayed that way through our visit, as soon as someone left, someone replaced them, but the whole time, although they were rushed off their feet, the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The salad bar isn't help yourself anymore, but Molly did a great job. Our meals were very good also. Would definitely recommend booking on a Sunday.

On a recent visit to the UK, we took my mother in law for lunch. We were not disappointed! The food was excellent, the service ( thank you Maggie!) was also excellent. We tried to leave a review using the QR code at the restaurant, but sadly it did not work! There was no option to leave a review.

Classic breakfast. Best word to describe is disgusting. Sausages were vile, bacon rock hard and shrivelled up beans in a tiny pot. One mushroom that just tasted of oil. No white bread for toast. Only thing decent in the plate was the fried egg. Don’t waste your money people. Had so much better in a classic greasy spoon.

We visited this evening and were hugely disappointed. The meal I ordered should have been served with a jacket potato but they had run out of them. The coleslaw it came with was served in a small warm dish which made the coleslaw taste unpleasant. My husband and mum ordered gammon which, according to the menu, came with pineapple and egg. When it came there was no pineapple which they had replaced with an extra egg. When taking the order we weren’t told they were out of

Very short staffed. The staff that were there really worked hard but there were long waits. The place was very grubby and untidy. The carpet is revoltingly sticky and worn. Outside seating area was also quite a mess. The food wasn't as good as it was during our last visit in December and the portions were very much smaller. It was also overcooked. I think we will have to find somewhere else next time regrettably. Please clean up your act.

Not the best to be honest, not a very good welcome either, staff where extremly slow to take orders. We went and got our own drinks! The food was swimming in grease. One waitress was more intrested in filling up the sauce bottles rather than cleaing plates and giving us the dessert menu. Won't be going back

Chelsea was fab (as usual) - also got the table I asked for when booking. My only slight criticism was that they were very busy and my food was overcooked.

Very unwelcoming staff, we weren’t offered a drink when sitting, or a high chair for our baby. When we received our food we never got a visit back to check if our food was ok. Then sat for half an hour waiting to have our dessert order taken, before having to go up to the counter to ask for it. (Which then got delivered wrong). Very poor service!

We visited on Saturday 14th May for my Aunts 96th birthday the day before. The waitress dropped peas and an onion ring on the floor as it slid off one of the plates. My Aunts meal was undercooked to the point it was almost raw (she had gammon). The waitress was informed but instead of taking her plate away to show the chef the undercooked meat, she left it on the table. After my partner going to the kitchen to ask why the gammon was taking so long, after 15 minutes cooking up a new gammon it was brought to her on a side plate, by which time her chips had gone cold so she'd ate most of them. When we asked for ice cream for desert the waitress went off returning 10 mins later to say the ice cream machine had broken so ice cream was not being served.

Although the restaurant was busy, our table was ready on time and seated, our waitress, Chelsea, greeted us with a happy and cheerful greeting, took our order when we were ready, the order didn't take long to arrive even though it was busy and the good wax uptonits usual great standard which we gave gone to expect as we are frequent visitors, great food and great service as always , we will definitely return

3 of us went tonight for an early meal. We were earlier than booked but were accomodated at another table with no problem, even though it was busy. Food was lovely as usual. Not a fan of having salad cart served to you but times have changed. Food and drinks came without much delay and our lovely waitress, Chelsea, was friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. She served us well and made sure we had drinks, desserts as requited. A lovely night. Thanks to everyone there.

Awful from start to finish, we booked a table and when we turned up there was a few people in front of us members of staff talking to each other taking their time but no one came to seat us we all waited 20 minutes before anyone came We were seated and told someone will be over to take drinks and food order shortly, another 15 minutes later someone finally comes to us to take our order They didn’t ask if we had any allergies but actually marked the receipt by saying ‘no’ which is so wrong, why don’t they ask this? We asked for 2 refills they took 15 minutes to bring us the glasses Food was ok but even when we asked for the bill and card machine this seemed to much trouble Table behind us spilt a drink everywhere and the staff member just passed them kitchen roll and didn’t even offer to help clean it up there was drink and ice all over the floor which could’ve caused an accident. I question how this Harvester was kept open but the Worcester branch was closed The Wych Way Inn has got it spot on, customer service and food fantastic Fox hunt could do with some lessons from them Wouldn’t come back again

I booked the Foxhunt for lunch last week for our walking group of 11 . I know from experience that organising lunch for such a large party can sometimes be a stressful occasion but I have to say the super efficient ladies who looked after our table were more than capable. We were shown quickly to our table and drinks arrived shortly afterwards. The food order was taken by an extremely efficient lady and there were no mix ups when it arrived. The food was excellent and great value for money as was the beer. We all had a most pleasant lunch and I was congratulated on my choice of venue.! Well done to all involved at The Foxhunt. Will certainly choose you again when its my turn to arrange a group walk.
