Used to be a fantastic branch, now probably one of the worst. Very rude manager Stephan, told me I was incorrect when ordering. I think I would know what I asked for, a simple correction of the order would have been easier, rather than telling me 'No you didn't!' I particularly liked the way he threw the whole order away, obviously does not care about the franchisee's or the stores profitability. Absolute shambles of a branch. Disgusting staff attitude.

Expensive food now, staff are rude on the drive thru food counter, wanting money for ketchup up when you can walk in and just get it free and get it free when you order inside too!!!Also last week I ordered 5 select where you get 2 free big dips you gave me one. And no receipt for proof of purchase!!!

Visited for a takeaway, hot drinks are well priced except, Latte, Cappuccino and flat white which are close to double the price of regular coffee. Drinks are good quality.

Turned up at 10.10pm to be told it was closed. I wouldn't normally mind being told this however, i was shouted at by the staff across the restaurant they they would not serve people. They lost our business due to the arrogant, aggressive and rude memebers of staff
The 5 stars service is based on the manager Shannon, always solving issues that arise when I order here. Thank you ?? some of the other staff members should follow her work ethic.

Pathetic customer service, I asked their name as they were not wearing badge the guy who was wearing badge goes they are not allowed to share their name it’s data protection-why they print name badges then? It’s bunch of stupid clowns running this

Unable to get the app to work either inside or outside, a member of staff took our order at the till and was told they would bring it to us waited about 15 minutes when we were again what we had ordered , when food finally turned up they had got the order wrong.
