Unable to get the app to work either inside or outside, a member of staff took our order at the till and was told they would bring it to us waited about 15 minutes when we were again what we had ordered , when food finally turned up they had got the order wrong.
Longstanding branch of Mcdonald's and l have been frequenting this Oldbury location for many many years. Service was interesting ? as asked for ice water and received ice in a cup ?. Apart from that it was rather quiet compared to peak time but we were in there at about 20:00. They have disabled toilets in addition to mens and ladies ?.
