Absolutely disgusting service. Worst place to ever ever eat. I could write a book on how bad this place is from ONE order.- Placed my order at 12pm. The driver said she would call me back with a price so I can get cash out, and didn’t call me.- She then turned up 2 hours late (at 2.15pm) - food turned up stone cold.- I was charged £18.80 for a full English, a kids breakfast, 2 desserts (which came frozen) a cookie (wrong cookie) and a flapjack (wrong flapjack) and a whole full English was missing off the order.- I then called to rectify it and was told I was lying. I was told I was given £4.20 change when I was given £2.20 change. I was told I didn’t order the full English.- I then asked politely for her to bring the full English and she then wanted to charge me another £6.00 for it!- I then asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds- She then proceeded to tell me that they’re a “busy cafe and don’t stand around waiting for delivery orders”I’m absolutely disgusted. Being called a liar.. the business etiquette of this cafe is trash and the staff are unhelpful and unprofessional.I will never ever order again. The lot has gone in the bin. Will also be reporting to JustEat.
