Food from here is usually lovely but tonight unfortunately there was room for improvement even though they did try to rectify the mistake with our order & sadly its put us off using them again as once the mistake had been corrected the rest of the order was cold & as it was a cream based curry I didn't want to

Have been coming here for years. Lovely food! Disappointed on Saturday when I was charged £6.90 for 6 poppadoms and a bit of chutney. I did question this but had paid by card already before I realised.... otherwise I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else.

Excellent service and timeliness, with food quality that matches the standards set by Little Bangla (Langley), Banlga Cottage (Tipton), and Zara Spice (Tipton)... But with prices that beat them all. I have a strong feeling that Indulgence will soon be the 'go-to' Balti House of Black Country South. Excellent work, guys and gals - you never fail to impress.

Food ok, Terrible service. Restaurant was nearly empty only 4 tables sat down including ours. Still had to wait nearly 40 mins for menus to be bought to table, which i actually had to ask for in the end. Rest of service quite slow and inattentive. Have visited several times before but will not return.

Food is excellent! Staff are very welcoming, very good service and nice atmosphere.We had a group meal for 8 people, all foodies that are usually picky. But every single person was very impressed with how food was.We will return!Parking: Parking in sainsbury is 2 min walk
right i’m telling you right now that this is unacceptable. how can you create a chicken tikka without any chicken. i had ordered a chicken tikka and it was not chicken. also my curry (chicken dansak) was so so salty it was just salt. stop this madness

Fantastic food the best in the region by far. The taste is amazing and the chicken is whiter than white they use chicken breast. I’m a fussy eater especially with meat but indulgence is the place to go.
