Popped in for a quick drink. Not the best I've been in, some of the tables hadn't been cleaned.Been in worse places though, moderately busy.

…. areas outside, I’ve never seen that before. Finally we can sit out in the sunshine without some stinker practically sitting on our laps & choking us to death. I’d not been here for almost 30 years (according to MrDW), not that I have any memory of that. It was a really nice Wether’s, with a different sort of customer. The food & drink wasn’t bad at all, it was clean, & had a good atmosphere. One for your list TRM.

Went to the pub last night being Wednesday, fairly quiet.. out of an extensive menu they didn't have a mixed grill or any steak and our drinks that were ordered turned up after we finished what we did order despite us asking 2 servers.. not impressed. Food was luke warm

Service by Dianne was 10/10 very helpful polite lady :) Breakfast was alright but the sauce on both eggs Benedict’s was cold though :/ did let it down a bit but I didn’t mention it because it is what it is.

Very pleasant place friendly staff nice food at a reasonable price which everyone knows. Tidy inside as well and not crowded either. Ideal meeting point for friends and family. Would I go back for food again? Yes I would.

Never been to eat at this Wetherspoons, & I'll make sure i never do again...We ordered 3 breakfasts, all came out with hard fried eggs, could have played ping pong with them, sausage was rubber, you could bang it on the table & it would bounce back at you... It was hard work to eat this food...The 2 large breakfasts, came with no tomatoes at all, apparently this is standard,2 slices of bacon were very nice, cold beans ' 1 cold mushroom... 3 hash browns & 3 slices of toast... All cold.........Absolutely disgusting food.... Yes i did inform the staff.. So they all decided to hide until we left... Worst food iv had in a long time... Safe to say i wont be returning ever..

Lovely staff members, my brother has autism and they were so nice to him! Lovely back garden with a smokers and non-smokers area, pretty at night with the lights on and wonderful atmosphere. They have some real nice ales there too, would recommend the Amber ale they do!

Ordered large breakfast was told no toast has have no bread so they would add extra hash brown. Food came out within 5 mins. The young girl gave us plates and went to walk off and we had to call her back to say items missing 2 sausages off each plate and no mushrooms. She came back with 2 sausages and we said should be 2 each has on menu she said well there is no more cooked and by time you eat your breakfast won't be worth bring them out. A few minutes later she brought 2 mushrooms out that were raw (may have been dipped in warm water and wished now I'd have taken photo before she taken them away) she took them back and then brought them back out with the missing sausages but the mushrooms were just the same has before so didn't eat them. Most of the food was cold and the only hot thing was the sausages that they brought out later. When collected plates didn't apologise for the food issues. Before we left overheard other tables complaining about missing items and wrong food that they ordered and she said well do you want it or not. If you order something, you should not get in stages, even if you have to wait a little longer for an item to be cook then your meal should come out all together. The staff wasn't exactly rushed off there feet has it was only 9.15 and only a handful of people in. It just felt like the staff didn't want to be there and couldn't care less that people wasn't getting what they ordered. We have been for lunch there on several occasions and there is a women who works there who always pleasant and checks to see if everything is OK maybe she should be the manager of this place and show the staff how customer service should be done.

First time in since before covid/lockdown - restrictions etc , We ordered 2 traditional breakfasts (as they come) On arrival,, only 1 hash brown - NO tomato - oddly one had a small shrivelled mushroom .. First bite - beans cold - like straight from the tin cold , plate also cold .., Breakfast returned NO BIGGY , - some time later and after watching others return their plates of food and other issues no cutlery , Breakfast was brought back , Looked to have been ALL replaced for fresh - MUSHROON removed haha - On checking beans still cold , but now they were not even straight from the tin cold - they were fridge cold , I mean thats just shocking - IF you can't heat beans - what you doing working in a busy kitchen (or is it) ? Anyway complained again - staff didnt seem bothered - said did we want owt else from the menu ? Well no - if you can't heat beans - what are the options ?? Mind you ice cream was probably warmer - Won't be going back .. Just slap dash and sloppy , and i don't mean the beans ...
