30% price increase virtually overnight on fried chicken? Think I've bought my last takeaway delivery from Dixy's Bearwood. Shame cause it's great chicken on a par with KFC but will not be paying KFC's prices. Looks like like a cartel situation across all Dixy's franchises local to Smethwick as similar rises across the board. Back to Iceland/Tesco etc to fill freezer with chicken wings at a less blatant profiteering increase.

absolutely horrible!! food went right through me and there were multiple hairs in my fries !! Has given me debilitating food poisoning, you get what you pay for : cheap and unhygienic.

Ordered from here yesterday, it’s only about 5 minutes from my house driving. I think Sub zero from mortal combat must had delivered my food because when I got it which was only 20 minutes after placing the order, it was ice cold. The fries were cold, fillet sizzler burger was unsizzled and not spicy at all. Also had a funny taste like the burger was man handled before being wrapped up. Was not a fan and probably will not order from here again unless it’s late, we can’t decide what we want and I forget about this experience.

Why are staff using there hands no gloves to put your salad on burgers . Totally disgusting standards . I caught them few times doing this. Place looks like it needs refurbishment. It's lacking hygiene standards and staff not using utensils or gloves when handling your salad on burgers . Yet there handling money and using same fingers to touch your food . Avoid this place

Terrible. Me and my boyfriend wanted a nice takeout. We found "Dr Chicken" on Uber, when it arrived we were greeted with Dixy Chicken food instead, which I was not happy with as I would've never thought to get Dixy, name on Uber was very misleading. I tried to eat it but first bite into my Chicken Fillet burger and there was just a bone out the end of the chicken, went through uber with this issue as it had caused my teeth and mouth some pain, didn't look thoroughly cooked either. My boyfriends seemed okay he liked it.But around 3 hrs later, he threw up everywhere, beginning to think we have food poisoning from this place as I feel sick with stomach ache.

Ordered Lemon & Herb chicken, couldn't tell if had any flavour as the chicken was burnt. Delivery driver was miserable, think delivering was an inconvenience to him!

To people who eat Halal or Kosher foods... This place is not halal it's run by Hindus. Muslims and Jewish bros and sisters avoid at all costs this place is disgusting like the people running it

4 different prices for same thing depending on staff.6 pieces of chicken was £6.6012 Pieces was £1512 Pieces was just over £17.. 4* 3 piece boxes.12 Pieces was just £23.88Last receipt and last time using them!!Shame as food is second to none.. Pity they can't get the same prices over different staff!!Looking now for reliable chicken takeaway with set prices!! Will not use these again!!

Ordered Nigella panini's for takeout. Said 15min. Not ready after 30min. Said where busy when there is 2 order slips up.

Have been calling for about 30 minutes and nobody is answering.Didn't want to leave review but if I can't get through on the phone....Ordered 2x 8pc wing meal, charged full amount but gave 5pc in each box.Also got 1 pc chicken+chips meal and specifically asked for leg which he said ok to, opened the box to find 1 pc strip and chips.Also the food was barely warm so had to bring it home to reheat before we could even eat.Was looking forward to our meals after a long day only to be disappointed by these issues.
