Mount Nemrut Turkish Restaurant

Had such an amazing evening at Mount Nemrut Turkish Restaurant! The food was absolutely incredible—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The mojitos were just as impressive, super refreshing and made to perfection. Great atmosphere, great service, and an all-around fantastic experience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Casa Italia

A small and friendly restaurant on Hagley Rd. My wife and I discovered this eatery two years ago and have been back several times. We attended today with our two fussy teenage girls who could find no fault in the food and said it was the best food ever! Shayla served us and was excellent. We'll be back!

Mr Greek Giro

The whole experience was amazing, the service was amazing. I ordered the mixed meat gyro meal and the meat was cooked well and tasted fresh. Good price for the quality. Would recommend.

The Windsor Complex

Have visited as a family a few times but today I had my son’s 9th birthday party here. My son and his friends had a great time! Food was lovely, setting was great for the kids, staff were really helpful and friendly. The value for money was also brilliant. In addition, many of the parents had a great time chilling in the lounge watching football which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

The Grill at The Abbey

We absolutely love coming to The Abbey in Bearwood! A huge shoutout to the owners, Ram and Ganga, who are always so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Our group of badminton players comes in twice a week after late games, and no matter how late it gets, Ram and Ganga go above and beyond to make sure we’re looked after.

The food is simply fantastic – proper authentic Indian flavours, cooked fresh every time. Ram even tailors dishes to suit everyone’s tastes without ever making it seem like a bother. That level of care and attention really makes the difference.

It’s rare to find a place with such genuine hospitality, consistently amazing food, and such a warm atmosphere. Thank you, Ram and Ganga, for making The Abbey our favourite spot – we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Just had the most delicious meal and I’m still thinking about it ??
The oxtail was cooked to perfection — so tender it was literally falling off the bone, rich, juicy, and packed with deep, savory flavour. The white rice balanced it out perfectly, soaking up all that amazing sauce ?
And let’s not forget the coleslaw — fresh, crisp, and creamy with just the right amount of crunch to complement the softness of the oxtail. Every bite was a perfect mix of comfort and flavour!
Honestly, 100/10 meal. If you love good, hearty food, this is a must ?❤️

Zaalsha Indian Restaurant

Went here with my fiancée yesterday and managed, the food was AMAZING! Quarter tandoori chicken and onion bhaji for starters 20/10. Chicken Dopiaza (madras hot) for me and Chicken Jalfrezi for her. Both 20/10. Excellent food. Would highly recommend and I'll be going again. I just wish I took photos but it was too nice to remember!

Punjabi sweets and curry house ltd

Food here is 10/10. If you need great samosas, pakoras, curry or mathai (Indian sweet treats) you've found the right place. Totally genuine and authentic flavours which hit every time. Love this place, been going here for years!

Had a lovely evening with my partner. Food was spot on and prices were very reasonable. Staff were very professional and friendly. Football was on, and the atmosphere was convivial and lighthearted. Went here for my anniversary tonight. Amazing food, with large portions, great value with the weekday offer and customer service was 10 out of 10. Will definitely be returning as this was such a lovely restaurant. Could not fault it.

Kurdish Kebab House

If you want authentic Kurdish food at a great price this is worth a try. It is not a place for a romantic meal out or a whole night out. However for quality delicious food was worth a visit. You know it is good when it is mainly Kurdish eating there.

Red Oven

This was our fifth visit to Madras Eatery, and it just keeps impressing us. The food is a cut above any other Indian restaurant we’ve been to, with real depth of flavour and beautifully prepared dishes.

The service is also first class — nothing is too much trouble, and you always feel genuinely looked after. We also love that they change the menu every four months, which keeps things fresh and interesting.

Another thing we really appreciate is that they don’t use food additives or excessive oil, so the food feels fresh, clean and full of natural flavour.

I would especially recommend the dosas. We took a friend who has spent a lot of time in India, and he said they were very authentic.

A fantastic restaurant and one we would highly recommend.

Food is amazing. I got the chicken kebab and they managed to sort it out quickly and it tasted really good too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone craving a Friday night takeaway

Best pizza in Birmingham, also they are open until the early hours of the morning which is perfect when working nights or after a night out. Excellent service every single time.

I've been ordering from Punto Pizza since they opened (As a family, we were walking past the unit on their opening day, had a good chat with them and ordered then). I've tried a lot of the menu, but now stick to the Mexican Chicken pizza. The food is consistently good, delivery times are fast, and the drivers are very polite.

We have ordered twice in the past 3weeks. Which is the 1st since Oriental Delight's reopening and we have had amazing food always hot and tasty. My favourite is anything with Peking Sauce on it. Love being able to order on their app and pay online so much easier. ??

Excellent food and great value for money. The dishes are well-prepared, full of flavour, and served in generous portions. Prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. Service is friendly and efficient, making for a very pleasant experience overall.

Tasty and good garnishing of food won my heart. I had their piri Piri chicken with spicy rice as I don't like too much spicy I told them and they served perfectly which I wanted to. I would like to come back and recommend to my friends as well

Antonios Food Emporio

Truly a hidden gem around the neighborhood, if not the city. Antonio is dedicated and cheerful, an exceptionally experienced chef who served not just food and drink, but also amazing dining experience.

The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. We also ordered 2 types of mushroom coffee which we've never tried before, and we enjoyed them very much!

MARIO'S CATCH

As someone who has to eat Gluten-free food, it was a blessing to see that Marios Catch offer Gluten Free Fish and Chips cooked in a specific fryer. The staff were extremely accommodating and the food was great.

My parents who aren't gluten-free have had food from here multiple times over the years and have also praised how friendly the staff are and how nice the food is.

The Shireland Bar & Grill

I went with my family and friends tonight. We had amazing food which was served sizzling and packed with flavours. Service was amazing from Sam. The chef was polite and Cheerful. We had a friendly game of pool and played music on the juke box. Lovely evening out .

Ended up here on a random saturday for a friend's birthday and the dj had us on the floor before we had even hit the bar! The music was popping, the atmosphere was a nice vibe, there was trouble outside but inside was okay. Stayed till dj was packing up and ended the night playing a couple games of pool.

I came on a quiet day, loved the energy, the service was immaculate! Exceeded all of my expectations. The food was tasteful and individually developed flavour wise. 10/10. All in all! Definitely will be coming again for breakfast too.

The New City

i’ve driven past this chinese for years and for some reason have never thought to try it. well, today i was walking past and craved a takeaway so i paid a visit. it’s a cute little shop with sweet staff. but where this place shines is the food

the takeaway was absolutely wonderful! flavours were bang on and had a unique taste that is unlike any other chinese takeaway that i’ve had before. the portions were a little small but the prices were cheaper than other takeaways so you get what you pay for. they were still enough to fill me up!

overall, i can’t believe ive never tried this takeaway before. will definitely add it to my rotation of chinese takeaways that i order from!
