I've always loved Greggs, but sadly I no loner feel safe visiting their Cape Hill shop because of homeless people sitting outside begging for money and getting nasty when I tell them for the fifth or sixth time that I can't keep giving. On my last visit a man followed me into the shop and telling me not to buy a drink in a plastic bottle, then stood in the doorway shouting "give me some ****ing money." Staff just ignored him and I walked out shaking, too scared to wait for my order.

I have been here several times now, on each occasion I have been served by the same young Muslim guy with a bearded. He is very rude and unprofessional towards the customers.He has a very bad can’t be arsed plastic gangster attitude and the last time I went there ( bank holiday Thursday) he was working with a new staff member. The way he was speaking to the girl in front of customers was not acceptable. Telling her to “move man” and “come out the way” quite aggressively as she was struggling to use the till. Then taking his frustration out on the customers patiently waiting to be served.All the other staff members are really helpful in and polite it’s just a shame this staff member ruins it.

Whenever I go there, its always closed! Why does google state that its open when its not? Its been closed for days and I get its the holidays but it stated that 'hours may differ' by which it showed a change of opening hours and I did go during that time yet still it was closed. Annoying, I really wanted my pizza.
