“We absolutely love coming to The Abbey in Bearwood! A huge shoutout to the owners, Ram and Ganga, who are always so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Our group of badminton players comes in twice a week after late games, and no matter how late it gets, Ram and Ganga go above and beyond to make sure we’re looked after.
The food is simply fantastic – proper authentic Indian flavours, cooked fresh every time. Ram even tailors dishes to suit everyone’s tastes without ever making it seem like a bother. That level of care and attention really makes the difference.
It’s rare to find a place with such genuine hospitality, consistently amazing food, and such a warm atmosphere. Thank you, Ram and Ganga, for making The Abbey our favourite spot – we wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“I have been to Haweli a few times now, it is my favourite Indian restaurant. The service is quick and staff are super friendly, the owner always makes to check the food is okay and has a chat with us.
The food is absolutely amazing and the portion sizes are perfect, we always have leftovers that we can take for the next day. 100% recommend.”

“Ordered samosa and pakora for a funeral last week. We needed extra as more guests attended than we expected. Desi were able to oblige with less than an hours notice. They delivered on time as arranged and food was warmed too. Excellent. I used them for my birthday party too. Their service never fails.”
